It's likely that the company will have an enormous moat by patent expiration 2037. Who could challenge such a deep moat (apple, amazon)? But the market is so small that I am not sure they would be motivated to do so. A buyout is easier and remains a strong possibility.

ISW: Ukrainian defense forces conduct first-ever ground attack using only drones
The Ukrainian defense forces reportedly carried out their first ground offensive using only drones in the area of Lyptsi, north of Kharkiv, according to a representative of a Ukrainian brigade. The exact date of the operation was not disclosed.
The assault involved both UAVs and dozens of ground drones equipped with automatic weapons, successfully eliminating Russian positions.
