It's one of my favorite events of the school year. The 7th Brave Like Gabe Invite was a success for the @perhamcc teams. Two 5th-place finishes and 4 athletes earn medals. Behind this year's theme, Perham is eager to bring home state titles. perhamfocus.com/sports/prep/…

Parker Wolfe’s successful rookie season kept rolling today at the #LausanneDL, running 12:58.20 for second in the 5000m.
Wolfe has yet to lose to an American this outdoor season, and today’s race backs up a 2 mile win at the Pre Classic last month, reaffirming him as a rising talent on the global scene as well.

I don’t think people realize how absurd this is. Scottish runner Josh Kerr just broke the mile world record in 3:42.66, an average speed of 16.2 mph. Most people couldn’t even briefly reach that speed, let alone sustain it for an entire mile.

🇬🇧 JOSH KERR SMASHES THE MILE WORLD RECORD. 3:42.66. Project 222 is a success.
Kerr delivers on his World Record Attempt and runs 3:42.66 to break Hicham El Guerrouj's 27 year-old world mark of 3:43.13.
He splits 1:51.1 through 800m, 2:46.5 through 1200m and returns back to split 3:27.7 through 1500m before ultimately crossing the line in 3:42.66.
Absolutely unbelievable 😭
