🧵🪡1/7: Percolator Trade Devnet v2 goes live tomorrow, October 1st This cycle was the run up: real security fixes, tougher safeguards, and stricter build discipline, all of it had to land before launch day.

Big cycle for the Percolator Trade 30+ fixes landed, and a wallet-login upgrade cut our high severity security findings from 27 to 13 without a single shortcut or suppression Security: our wallet sig -in library was several versions behind, which carried known vulnerabilities. We upgraded it end to end and re ran the audit all findings fixed and dropped. Risk clarity: if we had no liquidation signal for a position, the screen could quietly read as "safe." Now a missing signal is shown as unknown, and we display margin health wherever a liquidation price isn't available. Traders see their real risk, not a comforting blank. Reliability: a handful of ways the app could fail you are gone trades blocked by a fee value that never got passed through, deposits that silently dropped, balances that flickered, and failures when a busy node returned a stale response, fixed. Honesty in numbers: charts no longer turn a row with no price into a candle, stats no longer report an unrecorded fee as zero or a partial volume as complete, and we stopped implying every market charges the same trading fee. We also now show exactly where each fee goes. Where things stand: fixes are merged, reviewed and backed by a dozen new automated test suites. AGI is still very far. My test project percolator, I would have been able to ship already if I was solo full time coding it. Where ai was excellent is in the design and spec research phase and fuzzing for bugs (until the overlords crippled the models). 1) Use ai to research the spec. Write the spec by hand, have ai find bugs in the spec. 2) Write the code by hand. Have ai find bugs in the code. Quality should be better. Actual number of good products shipped to market is unlikely better today than pre model days.
