.@United, my wife and I flew Polaris for the first for our honeymoon this Wednesday 28th SFO to FRA had a layover and then flew @lufthansa from FRA to CDG in Paris, and her luggage never arrived. She has prescriptions for her Lyme disease that she needs!
My wife's luggage is a brand new red TUMI bag, and the United luggage tracking code is 0016 090756.
The folks at CDG said they can’t guarantee the luggage to come today or tomorrow early morning flight from Frankfurt. We called Lufthansa, and their rep said the luggage never left SFO.
How does luggage with a priority tag not even make it to the final destination? Can someone help?
We’ve had an awful start to our honeymoon. Can United and Lufthansa help get me my wife’s luggage tomorrow morning?
