Every 3 years businesses in the UK need to put certain staff who have left the company's pension scheme back onto it. This is called rather self-explanatorily, re-enrolment.
The real question here is: how do you remember to this every 3 years? [When some of us can hardly remember our own birthdays?!] 🤔
Nevertheless, we acknowledge this isn't easy.
We believe pay equality is something all companies should strive to achieve.
But achieving it has been a journey for us and we know that unless we continue being deliberate about it, the gap can easily fluctuate - on either side.
We continue to build on these foundations by refining our methods for conducting fair pay reviews, establishing clear definitions of performance at different levels, and coaching managers.
