Video games didn't manage to kill TTRPGs, which is something big to say. Even as of today, when older neckbeards are distant from their old pals, they still buy and read their manuals, and argue about mechanics for hours, which -sadly- is more than 50% of the hobby nowadays.
For me, all MMORPGs are the same thing. Grind forever and explore a vast world full of the same enemies. It's fun with people, I guess, but not my tea bag. They should, in theory, mimic better what a TTRPG session on screen should feel like, but the lack of content is astounding.

The most (in)famous Slayer, Gotrek just can't catch a break. He fought Beastmen, Greenskins, the Undead, Daemons, Dragons and even Lovecraftian mantis-like monstrosities (read "Orcslayer", seriously), and still came out on top!
