I've never cried during an episode of drag race, but honestly, this weeks edition had me balling. As a queer kid growing up during the aids crisis and gay panic of the mid 80s, the message of love from @LaVoixTheShow ‘s dad is all that us kids ever wanted. Thank you Richard. ❤️

And if you didn't see the show, take a moment to watch the clip below and see what unconditional love really looks like.

As one of those 3 in 1,000,000 people, I can hand on heart wish @ThisisDavina a speedy recovery. My advice, take your time to return to everyday life, and get some counselling to help you process this journey. It'll take time but you'll get there. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy5l…

Been on Bluesky since the early beta but now going to start using it a bit more. Same username, same mixture of queer gravelrider banter! 🤘

My Whoop recorded an 80% recovery score overnight and a solid eight hours sleep, so the perfect day to smash out my 25km commute plus a 50km turbo session. Legs hurt a bit now though.

Absolutely stunning performance of C. P. Cavafy’s Waiting for the Barbarians by Laurie Anderson. Written in 1898, the poem feels incredibly timely right now. m.youtube.com/watch?v=rI15W-…

Saturday morning spent doing an active recovery session to the new Cure album. That's me set up for the day.

Nothing like smashing out a turbo session to blow away the Autumn blues… and now, I can’t feel ma legs!

Filling the house with the smell of home cooked Persian food - one of the only things I enjoy about these darker nights. I need to bulk buy enough dried limes for the next six months! ❤️

Small victory today, my father has finally decided to give up his Windows XP computer. Instead, he’s decided to take my 2014 iPad Air off me. 😝

One thing I do while on video calls, is rest my index and middle finger on my soul patch while listening. Little did I know, if I move my hand the wrong way, it'd superimpose balloons in my video feed. Not what you want on a call about severe and enduring mental illness!

Well, I'd hoped for one last adventure before the end of the year, and this could be it! Hello 'Marcher Castles Way' and thank you @WeAreCyclingUK! Now, where did I put my jetboil?!? youtube.com/watch?v=q0XeE_yP…

100km of gravel today, mostly “exploring” Wisley Common. Remind me to give it a few more years before I return… that whole area is a nightmare! 😆

Up early to do gravel pretzels in Richmond Park - and wow, what a morning! I am so lucky to have this amazing place on my doorstep. Now, time for a huge mug of coffee.

Apparently riding primary on a narrow road to stop a dangerous overtake makes me a self-entitled prick… but driving 2 tons of 4x4 at speed headlong into oncoming traffic isn’t? Honestly, some days I just give up.

For context, this is the road. Move over but to where? Those cars on the left are parked there 24/7, and the 10 second advantage you think you'll get? It's lost when you hit the junction ahead. I'm all for sharing the road - but sometimes, you've gotta put your own safety 1st.
