IS Keppra the answer? CONSEPT trial done to look at phenytoin vs Keppra 40/kg in CSE in non-traumatic seizures. primary outcome - cessation of fit good cohort match achieved 1.2 hours of CSE! Results: no difference in outcome #DFTB18
