Today, we are excited to launch DIA ZK, the verifiable data assurance layer for DeFi, RWAs, and cross-chain applications.
Yield-bearing stablecoins, tokenized treasuries, and vaults built on offchain strategies now hold tens of billions in onchain value. The highest yields among them are earned offchain: basis trades on centralized exchanges, tokenized treasuries, private credit, CeFi lending. While the token lives onchain, the strategy that pays it does not.
That creates a problem for issuers. Holders, risk curators sizing allocations, and lending markets deciding whether to list a token cannot see the custody balances, exchange positions, or loan books behind the yield. They ask for proof, and an issuer-controlled dashboard or a monthly attestation is becoming less convincing as the basis for trust.
In June this year, a yield-bearing stablecoin lost its peg after the third-party service that verified its reserves ended its relationship. A lending market built around the token was left with roughly $18 million of affected collateral, and a separate vault with no direct exposure to the stablecoin was hit too because both relied on the same verifier.
DIA ZK addresses this. It proves that a reported value came from the stated source and was not altered on its way onchain. It proves the statement rather than the value: a condition such as reserves exceeding supply, without revealing the underlying figures. The proofs are posted and verified on DIA's oracle chain, rather than relying on a feed that a single verification provider can switch off.
Reserve disclosure requirements under MiCA already apply in the EU, and the US GENIUS Act will introduce federal reserve and disclosure requirements for qualifying stablecoin issuers. Continuously proving backing onchain, without forcing an issuer to reveal its underlying books, is the next capability the oracle layer has to provide.
If your protocol depends on stablecoin reserves, tokenized fund NAVs, or vault collateral held offchain, this is where to start.
Uncle Kim pacing it. Saving for later.
Following the KelpDAO hack, we built an open analysis of DVN security configurations across every active OApp on LayerZero over the last 90 days.
Of ~2,665 unique OApp contracts: 47% run a 1-of-1 DVN security floor, 45% run 2-of-2, and ~5% run 3-of-3 or higher.
As we know, KelpDAO's rsETH sat in the first bucket.
Open query, public methodology, feedback welcome:

During the @ResolvLabs USR exploit, 80M unbacked tokens were minted against $200k in collateral. The oracle kept reporting $1.00 throughout. Automated allocators kept supplying USDC. For hours.
A hardcoded price feed has no mechanism to track reserve state. When supply expands without corresponding reserve growth, the feed cannot reflect that. From the protocol’s perspective, nothing looked wrong.
For reserve-backed assets, price alone is insufficient. A stablecoin’s value is defined by what backs it. Without a feed that verifies reserve state in real time, protocols have no signal that backing has broken down.
Addressing this requires two layers working together: a market feed tracking price, and a reserve verification feed tracking backing ratio in real time. When they diverge, that divergence is the signal that stops automated systems from compounding the damage.
@DIAdata_org builds both. Market feeds for liquid assets. Reserve-backing ratio and Proof of Reserves feeds for assets where value is defined by backing, not by trading.
This notice is issued on behalf of Resolv Digital Assets Ltd. in relation to the Resolv protocol.
Earlier today, a malicious actor gained unauthorized access to Resolv infrastructure through compromised private key, resulting in the minting of approximately $80M of uncollateralized USR. A full post-mortem is currently in progress and will be shared once completed.
The incident was identified quickly, and the relevant smart contracts were promptly paused. Approximately 9M USR held by the attacker has since been burned in order to reduce the potential impact.
The protocol currently holds approximately $141M in assets, with the only realized impact identified to date being approximately $0.5M in redemptions processed prior to the pause.
Current USR supply consists of 102M pre-incident USR and approximately 71M newly and illicitly minted tokens.
As an initial step in the recovery process, we are preparing to enable redemptions for all pre-incident USR, beginning with allowlisted users. The current target start date is 23 March 2026. Affected users should coordinate directly with RDAL through official channels.
This incident resulted from unauthorized third-party actions, including a targeted infrastructure compromise and cyberattack. Resolv’s underlying collateral was not directly compromised.
We are actively:
• tracing and seeking to contain illicitly minted USR and other affected assets
• coordinating with partners and counterparties
• working with law enforcement and onchain analytics firms to identify those responsible
We will pursue all available avenues to recover assets and hold those responsible accountable.
We strongly advise against trading USR or related Resolv tokens at this time while recovery measures are being implemented. Actions of users during post-exploit period may affect the recovery.
Further updates regarding illicit USR, and RLP will be communicated in the near term.

💥Introducing DIA Lumina: The Rollup-Enabled Oracle!💥
Unveiling DIA’s new trustless, decentralized oracle stack. Built modularly with cutting-edge Web3 technologies and fueled by a sustainable $DIA token utility model, Lumina is designed to meet the oracle needs of the most modern dApps and chains.
Let’s dive into what DIA Lumina brings to developers and how the $DIA token plays a crucial role:
✨ Key Benefits:
→ Rollup-enabled: Transparent, verifiable, on-chain data storage and computation happens on “Lasernet”, DIA’s native Ethereum Layer-2.
→ Cryptoeconomically secured: Independent nodes and stakers are incentivized to source and report accurate raw data.
→ Cryptographic security: Lumina plans to utilize Zero Knowledge coprocessors for data integrity and can incorporate future cryptographic verification methods.
→ Any asset from any chain: DIA sources first-party data directly from any source, ensuring the broadest coverage possible.
→ Deploy anywhere, fast: A cross-chain messaging protocol pushes data to any chain, ready for pickup.
🌐 The $DIA token will play a vital role in the DIA Lumina ecosystem:
→ Utility-driven staking incentives: Node providers and token holders stake $DIA to enhance network security, receiving tokens for their contributions to the system’s stability and functionality.
→ Tokenomic support and rewards: Revenue generated from oracle usage will be directed towards supporting a sustainable, long-term token model for DIA. This could theoretically include a range of mechanisms such as purchasing $DIA to enhance network participation and provide rewards to stakers, contributing to the ecosystem's value.
→ Gas fees: $DIA token is utilized as the gas token on Lasernet, accruing fees from transactions, further enhancing its functional utility.
👀 What’s Next:
→ Testnet coming soon with early-bird staking opportunities.
→ Full mainnet deployment and network expansion to follow.
→ Expect more in-depth information about DIA Lumina in the coming weeks and months
