I was just shown a video of a demo of a PC-FX port of DOOM. It's running on an emulator, but it's his custom version of Mednafen that has been deliberately built to try to approximate the real system speed. I'm interested to see it run on real hardware.

Sooo... How's our port of Sonic Mania to the Sega Dreamcast coming along!? SHE'S ALMOST DONE! We're getting ready for release!!!
As you can see from these direct hardware captures, the game looks and runs amazingly on the DC! Multiple beta testers have now cleared the game on both Mania and Encore modes!
Jnmartin worked his butt off finishing up the remaining effects, @SonicFreak94 is working on the final bit of polish, such as making sure the menu button icons show Dreamcast controller graphics, and I just opened a PR to put the gameplay code on the latest SH4ZAM commit...
STAND BY FOR THE BLUE BLUR'S EPIC RETURN TO THE SEGA DREAMCAST!

It’s rare in life to know when a chapter is closing, but after 38 years at Microsoft, that moment has arrived for me. I’ve made the decision to retire and begin the next chapter of my life. It’s a milestone that’s given me a chance to reflect on the incredible journey I’ve been fortunate enough to share with so many of you.

AI artists aren’t just “pressing buttons.”
Our tool is our computer, like brushes, cameras, or clay for others.
We build, combine, refine, remix.
We create hundreds of images, explore styles, guide the machine toward emotion and meaning.
AI doesn’t erase creativity. It multiplies it.
And behind every image, there’s still a human soul shaping it. ❤️ – at United Arab Emirates
