Se a empresa pode usar AI para me entrevistar, por que eu não posso usar AI para ser entrevistado?
A company had an AI interview a guy for a job, so he had his own AI clone sit in for him and walked out of the room. Which means there's a job interview going on right now with zero people in it. And honestly, he made the most rational move of anybody involved. An economist basically called it back in 1973. His name was Michael Spence, and he won a Nobel Prize for this idea. Companies can't see inside your head to know if you're any good, so they look at stuff that's a pain for you to produce. You spend four years getting a degree, or you sit on a live call for an hour where you can't hide anything. The hassle is the whole point. Somebody who isn't serious about the job won't put up with it, and that's how the company sorts real candidates from everyone else. Problem is, AI has been making that stuff easy to fake. Cover letters went first, then résumés. Gartner surveyed 3,000 job seekers and 6% admitted to some kind of interview fraud, like having someone else pretend to be them. Researchers at Palo Alto Networks showed a person with zero editing experience could build a fake candidate good enough to get through a video interview in about 70 minutes. That left the live interview as pretty much the last thing that still took real effort from you. Then companies decided their own side of it wasn't worth a recruiter's time and started sending avatars. Put yourself in his shoes for a second. The company wouldn't spend one minute of a human's time on him, but still expected him to sit there and perform for software that turns him into a score. If they're not going to show up, why would he? The company was the first one to skip its own interview, and all he did was return the favor. So you've got two AIs trading polished answers while his camera films an empty room, and nobody comes out of it knowing anything. The company has no clue if he can actually do the job, and he has no clue if the job is even real. Gartner found only about half of job seekers believe the postings they apply to are legit in the first place. I'd bet the fix ends up looking pretty old school. Gartner also found 62% of candidates are more likely to apply when a job requires an in-person interview, so the serious ones are already telling companies they'd rather just show up. A lot of companies paid good money to automate the handshake, and they're about to pay again to bring it back.

You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.

It’s not about junior vs senior, it’s about “good with AI” vs “not good with AI.”

It's near-impossible to escape being a Human 1.0. I got stuck as a conformist for 10 years. Consciously, we all know that we shouldn't behave like a Human 1.0 but it's easy to get stuck. One way to escape is to expose yourself to pattern interrupts. The biggest one for me was when I flew to a Tony Robbins conference in Sydney. He said one line that broke my brain: "The only thing that's keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself." I broke down in tears after I heard that. I realized my entire life I told myself some BS story about why I couldn't have what I wanted. I focused on the mental illness, the eating disorders, growing up around gangs & crime.... But it was all just a story. The cool thing about your story is you can: • Use it as an excuse • Use it as an empowering reason to join the top 1% I did the latter. I joined Toastmasters. I mastered public speaking. Then I took all the sh*t and made it part of my transformation. It helped me reach over a billion people online. Dan is right about becoming a Human 3.0. But information alone isn't enough. You need a catalyst to make you want to change. The best ways to do that are: 1. Expose yourself to new experience 2. Study psychology 3. Flip the disempowering story you keep telling yourself

Introducing Claude Opus 4.6. Our smartest model got an upgrade. Opus 4.6 plans more carefully, sustains agentic tasks for longer, operates reliably in massive codebases, and catches its own mistakes. It’s also our first Opus-class model with 1M token context in beta.
