Being a graphic designer and comic-lovers means I can't unsee the fact that they used the same font from Frank Miller's Wolverine comic run for the titles/logo.
Iโll take this one
The Clarity Act passed on September 15, 2026, and the world didn't notice at first. Then it did. Within a week, every major bank filed for a digital asset charter. Within a month, payroll systems settled in XRP. Within a quarter, the asset sat in every 401(k) on the planet.
Jim bought 3,000 tokens on September 19 at $0.62 each. Total cost: $1,860. He bought them because a post said to, and the post had a blue checkmark, and Jim trusted blue checkmarks the way other people trust weather reports.
By October 1, the price was $4.20. His stack was worth $12,600. He checked the app twice a day, then four times, then every red light. By November, $18.50. By December, $47. He'd never seen a number like that attached to his name. He sat in his truck in the warehouse parking lot and stared at the screen until the battery died.
January 2027 brought the first real cascade. $120 on a Monday. $310 on a Wednesday. $890 by Friday. His 3,000 tokens were now worth $2,670,000. He hadn't sold a single one. He didn't know how. He didn't know if he should. He didn't know anyone who knew.
The pumps kept coming. February: $1,400. March: $2,100. April: $3,400. Each new high came with a new headline โ XRP Surpasses Gold, Clarity Act Triggers Global Settlement Revolution, Why Every Central Bank Is Quietly Accumulating. Jim read them all. He believed them all. He had no reason not to.
By the end of 2027, the price was $6,800. His stack was worth $20,400,000. He was a multi-millionaire twenty times over, and he still drove the same truck, still worked the same shift, still ate the same gas station burrito at 6 AM because he hadn't figured out what else to do with a Tuesday.
2028 was the year the institutions arrived. Sovereign wealth funds. Pension systems. Insurance companies. The price went from $6,800 to $14,000 by June, then $22,000 by September, then $31,000 by December. His stack was now worth $93,000,000. Ninety-three million dollars. For 3,000 tokens he bought because a post told him to.
Strangers started messaging him. Deals. Partnerships. Opportunities. One man offered to double his money in 30 days with a proprietary trading algorithm. Another offered to build him a yacht. A third offered to manage his entire portfolio for a 2% fee โ which sounded reasonable until Jim realized 2% of $93 million was $1.86 million a year for doing nothing Jim understood. He said no to all of them. Not because he was smart. Because he was scared. Scared of losing it, scared of keeping it, scared of the number itself. The number had become a thing that lived in his chest, heavy and warm and wrong, like a stone he'd swallowed.
2029 was the year the price stopped being a number and started being a force. $50,000 in March. $78,000 in July. $112,000 in November. His stack was worth $336,000,000. He had a net worth exceeding the GDP of several small nations, and he still didn't know what a basis point was.
The cascade continued into 2030. $150,000. $210,000. $280,000. By August, the price was $340,000 per token. His 3,000 tokens were worth $1,020,000,000. One billion dollars. He had crossed into a territory with no map, no precedent, no instruction manual. A billionaire who had never read a financial statement, never hired a lawyer, never told a single soul the truth about what he held. And he still didn't know what to do.
The Clarity Act had promised clarity. It had delivered a cascade โ five years of uninterrupted pumps, five years of headlines, five years of strangers with offers and algorithms and yachts. It had delivered Jim a fortune so large it had become a kind of prison, a number so big it had erased the man who held it.
He sat in his truck on the morning of September 15, 2031 โ exactly five years to the day the Act passed โ and looked at the screen. $340,000. 3,000 tokens. $1,020,000,000. He had everything the post had promised and none of the tools to hold it. The cascade had made him rich. It had not made him ready.
If you have to resort to posting AI-Generated photos of your โofficeโ to flex, your company isnโt worth shit.
i'm late to share this.
we moved into a new @dodopayments office in indiranagar. 3x bigger than our last one.
a year ago we went from a 9-seater to a 30-seater thinking we'd have room for a while. we didn't. the team outgrew it fast enough that we had to split up. my team stayed in the original office, @goelrishabh's team moved into the antler office.
took two months to find the right space. now everyone's back under one roof.
it's not really about the office. it's about what the office means. more merchants, a stronger product, and a team that keeps outgrowing every space we put it in.
and it won't just be ours. we're opening it up to bangalore builders. build irl ep 1 already happened here.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
As Ayush later admitted, the office photos were AI-generated or altered, yet the post wasn't labeled using X's available AI disclosure option. While not illegal, this misrepresents the company's reality and warrants a Community Note.

I don't know what to think. I want to keep an open mind, but I put $1,000 into advertising on Kickbacks.ai @andrewmccalip because the concept seemed promising, and while I'm being shown "51,000 impressions" I've checked and there's absolutely no way to see what worked and show how many clicks or callbacks to what I'm advertizing.
I can't help but feel a little tricked.
Has anyone else had success?
My X/Twitter reach has always been total crap, but here it goes-

Fuck off with these.
I figured out how to pull off a season 5 of My Name Is Earl without the usual reboot fatigue. It came to me after drinking a 25mg THC seltzer that I thought was 10mg.

Overheard behind me while watching #H5N1 NAS workshop today: "You want to really make a pandemic, make hantavirus human transmissible"
Ok what the actual fresh hell
Example: I signed up for @budapp and got it all connnected. My command was simply "Navigate to the ___ tab on this Google Sheet and find ticket holders who need a rollover to our new event" and it's eaten up over 70,000 of my 100,000 monthly credits but it's not even done.
