Through MemWal, 0xWal can recall safe operating patterns from completed workflows such as recurring corridors, batch sizes, timing and approval preferences. It can analyse, explain and prepare the next likely action. But it cannot move funds autonomously. **0xWal prepares. You approve.** Splash also includes Smart Treasury. Businesses should not have to choose between keeping liquidity available for payouts and leaving excess balances completely idle.
