are there any JOVE users/developers out there who would like to participate in the 5.0.0.0 release? the biggest change will be support for C23 and removal of support for MSDOS. you can test from the 'main' branch at: GitHub.org/jonmacs/jove
I'm now unemployed. I hear that the oss community is buried in AI bug reports and don't have enough people to triage and verify. Where is the sign up sheet?
Hey everyone I'm now on blew skie but you'll have to search for me there since the Twitter alg would suppress this post if I include a link or the correct during of the other place.
hey @brave i had to downgrade to 1.73.89 on suse leap; the 1.73.91 upgrade broke dashlane and facebook. JFYI.
i hope to see some of you at Elbsides in Hamburg, coming up September 13. @elbsides elbsides.eu/2024/

i googled for "How do I silence group notifications on Android?" and got this answer:
"This article discusses how to silence notifications in Google Messages on an Android device. Launch the app and open the conversation you want to silence. ..."
this misses the point.
group text, like social media, makes people mindless-er. they say things i don't need to hear. i don't mind having it to scroll back to, but i don't want to hear a "ding" from my device.
hiring belichick could be deflationary. washingtonpost.com/sports/20…
Hey @UnitedAirlines I've just disabled all notifications in your Android app. What's the goal of sending me a notice once per minute after I'm on board? This was distracting. Didn't used to work this way.
