A superb afternoon showing true partnerships and just what can be achieved
Last week we celebrated the launch of @Official_FPHS's Arts, Words and Wellbeing Garden. Picnics all round and powerful poetry readings by students with our Comino Poets in Residence. A wonderful collaboration made possible by the support of many partners.

A magical day exploring @chethamslibrary with Year 7 @stmonicas students and poet Layla-Mae Lunn. The first of our Cultural Partner visits for #PoetinResidence. An inspirational day at the oldest public library in the North West. What a fantastic opportunity for our schools!
Excellent creative start to the conference.
How amazing to have a conference on assessment opened by a poem. Peju ‘TheSpark’ Abuchi.

Well spoken James - let’s focus on doing something instead of talking about it. Going into 3 of these primaries Radcliffe/ farnworth/Bolton next week with your message!
A child’s wellbeing or vulnerability is not without context. In my contribution to the debate yesterday, I focused on the astonishing 42% child poverty we have in Bury North. This grim reality is faced by nearly half of the children and families I represent and has to change. This Bill is a good start for a child’s protection and prospects #EveryChildMatters
A great day with incredible people working together to inspire students.
Fantastic day at @McrPoetryLib launching our inspirational Comino #PoetInResidence. A fantastic meeting of minds, as poets, school teachers and cultural partners create and plan together. #CominoFamily #CominoNWCC

Always an inspiration for our Comino primary schools.
Some great artwork from the Sacred Heart and Abraham Moss primary schools, Greater Manchester today. Thanks to Geraldine Cox and Clare Dudeney who led the SunSpaceArt workshops, in the style of artist Alma Thomas. Funded by the Comino Foundation in partnership with @STFC_Matters
So good to see Comino schools across Manchester involved. They have worked so hard.
Wonderful to see thousands of kids celebrating Create Day with @RoyalOperaHouse!
Theatres undertake incredible outreach work, but every child deserves the chance to access theatre. That's why we’re asking politicians to commit to #TheatreforEveryChild

I was there too - clapping our students commendations from Falinge park school, Rochdale for the pupil design award. Great to see diversity and schools from the north represented.
Hi Naomi. What a coincidence. I was there to give the keynote for the 100 years of Student Design Awards @theRSAorg today. My starting point was how do we design like we are part of nature. Brilliant ideas from the student winners.
I saw you on the screen in the royal opera house London - goose bump moments as you linked with the professionals
