Do we need raw milk speakeasys?

Maybe someone could scale up a mass spectrometer and split anything into its constituent elements or simple compounds like so...

Here's an idea. It would work like a giant mass spectrometer. Stuff goes in, gets heated by lasers until everything is separated into ions. The ion streams are directed by a magnetic field and sorted by their mass.
