I'd go off the exit fee for a 10yr, if the rate drops significantly enough over the next 5 years and the exit fee is worth it you can always remortgage again, especially with the LTV shift in 10 years as well. If exit fee is too high then just go with a 5.

Hot Fuzz has got to be up there with one of the most quotable films ever.

I know it was ages ago and its a tuesday morning and I've got better things to be doing but it just really pisses me off what they did to Jon Snow.

This whole story is mental.
Breaking: Jalen Hurts will be out for the season after doctors discovered multiple blood clots in his lungs, per a statement from the team and his agent.

Show some respect hahahaha called him a greedy cunt all half, sang songs about how shit he is. He scored and shut your fans up, you've no idea though, because you are in America and weren't at the game. Never seen one player rattle an entire fan base so much.

Yeah class come back every week, take tickets from fans who saw us get bummed for nearly 30 years and still turned up. Unbelievable support. Never seen us lose, what a fan.

MK Dons (Old Wimbledon Franchise) fan tries to join in football twitter by saying he likes the flavour of the month clubs while simultaneously disliking the other popular clubs to hammer in order to gain favour and still gets volleyed in the comments.
My point of view on this list #dons #efl #92

Yes. But if you agree on a 30y term the exit fee would be larger, we can exit a mortgage between £150-300. LTV ratios often negate this, hence why there was no need. It's only been recently that borrowing prices have still gone up.

It is now and longer terms are common but interest rates were so low no one wanted to be locked in for 10 years. Times have changed slightly now, but I still wouldn't want to be locked into a 10 or 15 year mortgage never mind a 25 year one. Not hard to understand is it?

Sidewards and backwards, scores goals at home.
The calmest finish 😮‍💨 The visitors failed to clear the lines and Ben Whiteman stroked the ball into the bottom corner from outside the area. 42’ | Wrexham AFC 2-1 Preston North End 🔴⚪️ #WxmAFC

Everything about this boils my blood. It's just lazy and tired. Professional footballers shattered after playing a 90 minute game.

Hes not comparing West Ham and Wrexham. Sticking your beak in everywhere like anyone gives a fuck what Sheffield United fans think is exactly why the rest of the pyramid dislikes you.

Im not saying Arthur is better, or would have done better than Patterson. What I'm saying is we spent £8m on a player who's probably about the same level as a keeper we had and then we loaned that keeper out to someone else in the same league as us.
