So, it wasn't about the strongest surviving but the most adaptable. The fittest to survive are the most adaptable it seems. Makes sense. I also seem to remember that it wasn't in fact Darwin who said it [?].

I saw this and thought of me. I had a meeting today where I was without doubt the dumbest person in the room. I also got some good advice once: if I keep quiet in a meeting, no one will realise how dumb I am. People often mistake silence for understanding or knowledge.

Thanks..... You know who you are. I am looking forward to the CEO Sleepout. #ceosleepout

Could padel tennis grow in the UK through franchising? thebandeja.com/franchising-t…

Very simple business, low start up cost, lots of freedom, room for expansion. Just some good old 'get out of bed and get it done' needed. Is a mobile pizza franchise of interest? Let me know.

Is it the Zeitgeist or is it really the early adopter time for padel? We are holding conversations based on research into where padel is at and where it might go, done by a client and there advisors who are far more knowledgeable people than us. Interested? DM me.

Timing or time in? Both. Champagne + Fromage has been going since 2011, that's time in. The current consumer thirst for experiential dining, that's timing. Expansion through franchising now. That's about both. Interested?

Why are these numbers important for the growth of padel in the UK? The top 2 numbers are easy to understand, but the bottom 2 numbers are the devil in the detail.

An interesting couple of graphs from Playtomic on padel. so it looks like we need to grow the player numbers at the same time as growing operationally sound, high quality, well located facilities. I am happy to discuss how this might look if you want to get in touch.

According to the Playtomic Global Padel Report 2024. But how can the predicted growth in the UK's fastest growing sport become sustainable? Is a good old SWOT analysis needed? I prefer to do it in this order, OSWT, but maybe I'm a pedant
