I’m managing to control my behaviour, so not panic buying, road raging etc. But I’m finding it hard to control my thoughts. My fear leads to catastrophizing & imagining the worst possible outcomes. I’m going to try harder today & hope some of these tips might help me & others.

This week we had a great time with the children @DevonshireInf school where the children let us know they want the winter garden in the hospital to be calm, exotic, exciting, enjoyable so they can be distracted from bad things. @SWBHnhs
