sent out 📤 my latest research, happy reading 🤓.
most investors are asking the wrong question about 2026.
it’s not “where’s the next big upside?” It’s “how do i avoid blowing up in a capped, volatile year?”
my base case is simple. risk assets grind higher, but only modestly. the S&P 500 finishes up roughly 5–7%.
$btc remains in a bear-market phase of the four-year cycle, while $eth underperforms due to higher beta and weaker flows.
this isn’t a year for aggressive beta chasing. ETF flows stop being the marginal buyer, so yield matters more than narratives.
tokenized T-bills, private credit, and boring on-chain vaults quietly win, while familiar traps reappear.
cycles don’t disappear; they discipline capital.

InfoFi didn’t fail because the idea was bad. it failed because incentives ran out of control.
paying for posts changed behavior. attention was bought, impressions were farmed, and AI flooded the feed with noise.
@X stepped in because the experience was deteriorating. when noise replaces conversation, platform value drops.

📍How to be a Dune Wizard in 60 days📍
I didn’t wake up one day as a “Dune Wizard”. 🔥
I just kept building consistently on @Dune.
Every single day.
Even on days when I'm so confused about how to build something based on my idea or a client's/project's preferences.
Even when the query/dashboard looked ugly.
Even when nobody was looking.
.
Today makes it 200+ days straight of building on Dune (without breaking the streak)
plus...
• 399 queries
• 21 dashboards
• 10k+ views
• 1.4k+ stars
• 80+ forks
But numbers aren’t the part that matters.
I've also hit milestones and big wins like:
⪼ featured on Dune Digest (Ep 17) xitter.cf/i/status/1941542667751…, xitter.cf/i/status/1942248614329…
⪼ featured a couple other times xitter.cf/i/status/1983911929967…, xitter.cf/i/status/1983911913307…, etc.
⪼ being among the top 1% of Dune OGs rewarded with thier merch xitter.cf/i/status/1950586297686…
⪼ received public shout-out for my wonderful work by top organizations (@ProtocolGuild, @Kttyworld, @PlanetHorseGame, and several others) xitter.cf/i/status/2008911563173…, xitter.cf/i/status/1947935310379…, xitter.cf/i/status/1964027530421…, etc.
⪼ received community recognition and awards for outstanding dashboards @AnalyticSages @Dune_Africa @AnalystLab_HQ
⪼ currently the top OG Dune Analyst on @Plasma and @Ronin_Network chains (check the stats 😉)
...and lots more (fr, I can't talk about all of them)
.
What actually moved the needle was this habit I still keep till today:
<<<< Here’s one of my secrets 📍 >>>>
Before I build anything,
I study other people’s work.
If I get a new idea,
If I get a gig,
If I touch a new chain,
➫ I search for dashboards and queries solving similar problems.
➫ I read them line by line.
➫ I then verify if the metrics are accurate and authentic
➫ I try to understand why they made certain decisions.
➫ I also take note of what I like or what caught my attention or what's trending and what users are interested in...and how it aligns with what I'm trying to build
That way, I'm more guided with these top OGs work and even do more for my personal project.
By doing these a couple of times from different top analyst's/OG's work, I can learn how they think and even combine their ideas/strategies to building something badass.
Most of these stuff improved my critical thinking skill that's helping me till now.
.
That thinking compound kinda shaped projects like:
KTTY World
Planet Horse
Ronin Games
Aave, Euler & Fluid on Plasma
And it’s the same approach I used while building ronhub.io,
where I combined onchain data pipelines with ML, just like I did earlier for @Solana gaming analytics xitter.cf/i/status/1998339774495…
...plus many others.
.
Fr, most people think growth comes from learning more tools.
In reality, it comes from:
• asking better questions
• studying good work deeply
• building consistently, even when it feels slow
There maybe no breakthrough moment. But just keep taking daily reps.
If you’re building in data or Web3: Don’t rush visibility.
Instead, Stack proof of work.
The rest will follow.
Gm 😉
Happy Friday ❤️
You know that feeling when you're analyzing blockchain data and you realize...
game developers are flying blind? 😳
Millions of players. Billions in transactions. Zero tools to predict who's about to leave, etc..
That hit me hard while diving into @solanagaming ecosystem.
Because here's the truth:
👉 By the time a player churns, it's already too late.
So instead of just tracking what already happened alone...
I built something that predicts what's about to happen.
===============================
🎮 Solana Game Analytics, Player Behavior Modeling & Predictive Forecasting (ML-Powered Churn Prediction)
===============================
A production-grade platform that analyzes 60M+ transactions from 12 @Solana games (
@AuroryProject, @staratlas, @genopets, @Stepnofficial, @PlayHoneyland, @maxxmxmcoin, @riftapp, @play_evio, @MiniNations, @_portals_, @nyanheroes, @MixMobRacer1), predicts which players will churn 14 days in advance with >85% accuracy, and auto-retrains its ML models whenever fresh blockchain data arrives.
....
I love the sound of that BTW 😊
---
1️⃣ What It Does
↘︎ Aggregates 60M+ on-chain transactions from 12 major Solana games
↘︎ Predicts player churn 14 days before it happens (>85% ROC-AUC accuracy)
↘︎ Auto-retrains 5 ML models and selects the champion automatically
↘︎ Tracks 11 behavioral metrics: activation, retention, cross-game behavior, etc.
↘︎ Delivers insights through 21 REST API endpoints + a gamified real-time dashboard.
.....
Tbh. .. I love this UI so much 🥰
.....
Everything updates automatically. Everything is backed by verified Solana blockchain data...with clickable links.
---
2️⃣ How I Built It
↘︎ Data: 11 custom @Dune Analytics queries + custom classifier Python Script for on-chain analysis
↘︎ ML Pipeline: 5 algorithms (Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, Gradient Boosting and Logistic Regression) trained in parallel with SMOTE balancing + auto-champion selection
↘︎ Backend: @FastAPI (21 endpoints, 72-hour caching, sub-100ms responses) deployed on @Railway
↘︎ Frontend (My favourite 😍): @nextjs + React 19 (100% TypeScript, Solana-themed UI, 30s auto-refresh) on @vercel
↘︎ Features Engineered: 10 predictive signals per user — activity patterns, momentum, consistency, recency
---
3️⃣ Why This Matters
Solana gaming is exploding... but lack retention tools.
This dApp (has Wallet Connect feature) gives:
📍 Early warning signals — catch at-risk players 2 weeks before they leave
📍 Cross-game insights — understand behavior across the entire ecosystem
📍 Zero-maintenance ML — models auto-improve with new data
📍 Actionable intelligence — trigger campaigns, interventions, VIP monitoring
For Solana:
📍 First comprehensive gaming analytics platform
📍 Open-source models + all 11 Dune queries for community use

Fr...
This one fused blockchain analytics, Machine Learning, full-stack engineering, and DevOps into a single autonomous system.
What excites me most?
👉 Game studios can now predict churn before it happens.
👉 The system retrains itself — zero manual work.
👉 The UI is bada_ss 😊😇
Because if Web3 gaming is going to scale, we need tools that help developers keep the players they earn. 💯
---
BTW..
👉 What's the #1 reason you think players churn from blockchain games?

We are revising our developer API policies:
We will no longer allow apps that reward users for posting on X (aka “infofi”). This has led to a tremendous amount of AI slop & reply spam on the platform.
We have revoked API access from these apps, so your X experience should start improving soon (once the bots realize they’re not getting paid anymore).
If your developer account was terminated, please reach out and we will assist in transitioning your business to Threads and Bluesky.
for those without 21mins to spare to read the actual report, here's the summary.
i published a full review of my 2025 crypto predictions.
some calls nailed it. others missed on magnitude. a few were wrong—and those mattered most.
final score: 80% accuracy.
biggest lesson was overestimating the year itself. that was the real value trap.

Built a Quant Execution Bot in Rust — a lightweight market-maker for prediction markets.
It simulates quoting, execution, and risk in a fully deterministic research setup. 🦀
Core ideas:
• Adaptive bid/ask spreads
• Inventory-aware mid-price skew
• Simple risk controls (PnL, drawdown, exposure)
• Seeded RNG → reproducible experiments
The engine:
• Simulates taker flow
• Matches fills
• Tracks inventory & PnL
• Emits CSV summaries + JSON tick-by-tick traces
Designed for fast iteration and analysis.
Why Rust?
• Performance
• Memory safety
• Explicit state ownership
Perfect for execution research that can later move toward production.
Architecture is compact:
ExecutionEngine → MarketMaker → MarketState → Logs
Easy to extend with:
• limit order books
• latency models
• alternative quoting rules
Contribute or experiment!
The code is open-source on GitHub - clone, run, or submit PRs to improve the simulator:

most institutional $eth buying happened near the top.
eth-focused DATs hold 6.81M eth (5.6% supply), but 62% was bought between $3k–$4.5k. with eth < $3k, most of that exposure is underwater.
institutions FOMO too — just with bigger checks.

bitcoin ETFs added 262.1k btc in 2025 (~$24b). lower than last year, not because demand fell, but because price did.
at the $126k peak, the same flows would be worth $33b.
~95% of the flows came via @BlackRock, followed by @bitwise and @Fidelity at 5.3% and 4.0% respectively. @Grayscale (GBTC) was the major looser this year, shedding 29k $btc
most of the inflows hit in Q4 meaning, most of the ETF buyers this year are probably now underwater.

2025 was my first full year building seriously on @Dune.
i’ve been a crypto research analyst for 5+ years, but this was the year i committed to building in public — turning research into dashboards, and dashboards into repeatable insight.
by the numbers:
• 127 SQL queries
• 7 dashboards
• 1.2k+ views, 23 stars, 3 forks
• 10-day longest streak
but dashboards were only half the work.
i also wrote:
• 47 chart of the day posts
• 27 issues of the week in charts
• 7 muses
• 5 long-form research pieces
along the way, i built 5 AI agents to experiment with research workflows.
big lesson from 2025: consistency compounds, especially when you build in public.
