Huge blow to artists and labels across the country. Even those of us who get funding have to pay a percentage of all costs to video makers/graphic artists/artists/producers/studios/tour managers etc.. If we can’t afford to fund these things the whole system will collapse.

This is a hard one, lots of artists rely on CBC Radio 3. There are so, so few sources of Canadian music on the airwaves that artists can rely on, and this is a hard loss for a lot of people.
