Congratulations to @polimorphiccom on their seed funding! We’re proud to back CEO @parthegon and his team as they build their tool that helps improve governmental workflows via AI.

What I liked about Pear X is that if you’re interested in building a really compelling business – there’s only ~10 companies per cohort, so there’s a lot of focus and detail put on you and your company. Definitely encourage folks to apply (reach out if I can answer any Qs)!
PearX W24 apps are open for a bit longer. We kick off every cohort with Camp Pear: our in-person founder retreat. That's followed by 14 weeks of company building. And finally Demo Day to pitch your startup to thousands of investors. Apply today at pear.vc/pearX.
Thanks @Besvinick for being a supporter since the early days (before Polimorphic had AI 🤣)
The @polimorphiccom team’s roots are in AI and ML, so it only makes sense that they’d build the first AI product of its kind, specifically helping govt staff save time & improve constituent experience. The biz is on 🔥 & you can check out the product here polimorphic.ai/
Thanks Adam for the shoutout! Lot of hype in the space, but we're doing the blocking and tackling out here :)
The @polimorphiccom team is building a core piece of software to power local governments and improve constituents’ experiences. This very real use of AI being adopted by their customers is just another example of the transformative power of their product tapinto.net/towns/hawthorne/…
Pumped for this -- apparently *even* knowing a brother does not jump you to the top of the waitlist...

If every government service had its own Domino’s pizza tracker, trust in public institutions would skyrocket.

A big question going forward for municipalities with increasing workload and overworked staff is "How do I do more with less?". Thanks @JohnThomey for the feature on what we're doing to help! urbantech.substack.com/p/how…
Corollary: While there is a concept of a person being passionate about X (e.g. hotels, parks, etc), the larger cause of change is there are simply passionate people (inclined to action) and dispassionate people
