two changes on my macros app:
1. you can now decide which of the macros to track on your profile, for me i'm switching to calories + protein
2. new design to see which macros you hit/missed for each day at a glance

if i am trying to recomp, it seems like calories and protein are the only targets i need to worry about. why do people also usually track fat and carbs?

5 years ago i started a youtube channel teaching people how to use a no-code mobile app builder called adalo. i grew it to nearly 3k subs, with one video getting 74k views. youtube.com/@adalocado
6 years is a long time to be at a tech company! during my time at webflow, i have held 5 different titles, experienced massive growth and change, and most importantly welcomed 2 babies into my family. grateful for all of the opportunities i have been allowed!
Update: I’ve joined the Customer Support team @webflow and I just wrapped up my first day! Working here is a dream come true for me and I’m so excited to see what the future holds!
