I refer to all my insurance bills as legal gambling. Remember kids! The house always wins.
I think that the affordability crisis is linked to insurance. Look at car, home and health. The absurdity of paying money for things that you rarely use at those percentages is astounding.

Again: don’t get complacent. Polls look great, but polls don’t vote. Ignore this shit and vote like we’re down by 3%

So we're now funding the war AGAINST Ukraine? Got it. I hate these people so much. Blatant corruption with no end in sight.
Trump: "I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter. Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel."

The Seahawks are the most stable, solid NFC franchise since 2012 and it's not close. 2 Super Bowl titles, 3 SB apps. 5 division titles. Just one double-digit loss season. Rams? 1 title sure but also 2 12-loss seasons in last 10 yrs. 49ers? 0 titles since 1994. Eagles have a decent case. 2 titles. But they have had 3 head coaches in the last 11 years. They lost 11 games in 2020. SEA hasn't lost more than 10 since 2009. Packers? Seahawks have won 2 Super Bowls since the last time they even appeared in one.
The @Seahawks are one of two teams (Kansas City) since 2012 with at least 150 wins. #GoHawks

And yet they still vote R. 🤷🏼‍♀️
I can't stop thinking about this. American farmers have lost $30 billion since Trump took over. Thirty. Billion. Thirty thousand millions. Holy shit.

I don't care if the polls say the Democrats are leading by 35%, you get your ass out there and vote

Can we PLEASE bring back cotton, colorful, comfortable clothes? Please. I’m so tired of the polyester, neutral, cropped shit. I want clothes that actually feel good and look like clothes. Bring back real clothes.

OMG, YES!
I believe “SHAMPOO” and “CONDITIONER” should be the two biggest words on the bottle. Not size 8 font on a matching background like I’m supposed to solve a fcking puzzle in the shower.

One thing that makes me profoundly sad when I think about 9/11: We largely saw the best of America for a while after the towers fell. The “rally around the flag” effect was real. I remember standing in my driveway that evening, talking with all of my neighbors. I didn’t agree politically with some of them. Hell, I didn’t even *like* some of them. But that didn’t matter. None of us knew how, but we all knew our lives had forever changed, and we knew we were stronger together. I’m not sure ANY event today would bring people together like 9/11 did. The gap feels too wide, and the elites have a vested interest in keeping it that way. It’s a shame that we continue to play their game.

Who are the largest private landowners in Montana? It seems like a straightforward question, but answering it isn’t as simple as sorting a spreadsheet. The state doesn’t keep an easy-to-read list of the state’s top landowners, so we built our own. bit.ly/45VWkqx

I don’t want technology to “evolve” another bloody inch. I hate that everything demands an app or QR code. I hate supermarket self-checkouts that scold you for “unexpected items” as if you have committed a hate crime with a packet of biscuits. I hate ringing a company and suddenly you’re trapped in a doom loop of an endless conversation with a robot before being left on hold long enough to waste an entire afternoon. I hate how local bank branches are closing and customer service is no longer communication with a bank manager but with an AI bot. I hate websites that force you to prove you’re human by enforcing a dystopian farce quiz to spot 3 sets of traffic lights in a fog of pixelated misery. I hate digital app passwords, verification codes and subscriptions. I hate how town centre car parks often no longer accept cash payments and the only way to park is by registering to another bloody app. I hate receiving unsolicited phone calls from an AI automated robot. And I really hate how the whole digital circus excludes half of the country’s pensioners simply because they never signed up to live inside a smartphone. Rant over.

I have worked in a tech field for my entire career. I'm so burnt out on apps that it's nice to know I'm not the only one. They're bleeding us dry one app at a time. And not only by our wallets.
Nothing should require an app. There should always be an alternative. You should always be able to leave your cell phone at home or not own one at all. This applies to everything but especially for something as basic as parking.
