BREAKING: Donald Trump's worst nightmare comes to pass as newly unsealed court documents reveal that Special Counsel Jack Smith has secretly gained access to his Twitter direct messages, searches, and draft tweets. But it gets so much worse for the indicted ex-president.... A federal judge signed the search warrant involved. Prosecutors requested "all content, records and other information" related to Trump's infamous account from October 2020 to January 2021, including location data, details on interactions, as well as likes, retweets, and deleted tweets. The judge involved allowed Jack Smith to shield the search warrant from Trump out of well-founded concerns that he might try to sabotage the efforts or even destroy evidence. As if that weren't enough, the judge also reprimanded Twitter's attorneys for making the "extraordinary" request to tip Trump off about the digital raid before handing over the records to prosecutors. "Is it because the new CEO wants to cozy up with the former president?" the judge asked, referencing Republican billionaire Elon Musk.
