My mentee, a teenager, who is also in 200L landed a $2,500 gig, and her parents called me to confirm that the girl actually got the money from a legit business and hadn’t entangled herself with a scammer.
We talked at length, and her father kept praising her, saying he always knew his daughter’s brain would open doors for her in life.
I’m incredibly proud of her, and more than anything, I’m glad she has parents who are supportive of, and invested in her success.
Anywayyy, my aunty said she can’t wait for her daughter to get to secondary school, so she can “become my apprentice.” She’s just 5 btw😅
It’s safe to say we’re not going out of business anytime soon.
