$LQDA this is my base case without knowledge of everything going on. Just plugging in Q1-Q3 numbers while knowing Q1 was a 50/50 PAH/PH-ild split & using 65/35 Q3 split. Then adding $30m/ quarter growth in PAH with a very aggressive PH-ILD drop off. Trying to be reasonably conservative and I still get $1 billion in revenue for 2027.
$LQDA Biggest news of the day as the dust settles: If it’s true that the PAH/ PH-ILD split is now closer to 70/30 when management said after q1 that the split was 50/50, that indicates that most of our $40m q2 growth and $52m q3 growth is coming from PAH. Actually almost all of it 🤷🏻♂️ a 50/50 mix in q1 would have been $65m for both indications. A 70/30 split in q3 would be $156m for PAH and $67m for PH-ILD. So growth is *accelerating* but PH-ILD isn’t contributing? Could be massive if true. $LQDA

I think people are sleeping on $LQDA valuation. Jefferies came out this AM and management is now saying 60% of revs are PAH (and more recently 70%). Either sandbagged before or prepping for a great deal of off-label. Sales came in strong for 3q (buried in PR) and
I’ve always believed $LQDA was sandbagging 2027 guidance, especially because they’ve guided to q4 revenue of $250m with ever-consistent growth. So let’s just assume they were really on trajectory for $1.2 to $1.4b . They lose half of that on the high end, but I don’t think all current PH-ILD patients will just switch to something else. There’s a good amount of overlap between PAH and PH-ILD, and I think doctors will work with patients to keep them on a drug that’s serving them. I agree with Tim that after the uncertainty shakes out and we stack a couple of prove-it quarters, we could still potentially have a near-billion dollar year in 2027. We’ll see… it’s not like $LQDA was trading at some crazy multiple in anticipation of conquering the PH-ILD white space. It was trading at ~12x 2027 earnings when @ $72. If you think they could have $700-$800m in 2027 that’s like $4 eps. So now we’re trading at 7x 2027 earnings. I think by august we’ll be back north of $60 IMO
Bought 800 more shares at $34.37 for the long haul. $LQDA refueling some that I trimmed in the 60s and 70s a few months back.

Liquidia Provides Update on Hatch-Waxman Litigation Tied to '327 Patent
Would be epic if that was a procedural filing before announcing a clean win for $LQDA today 😂 would be the most epic green hammer. Either way, overreaction for now
Judge Andrews’ opinion today finds that Liquidia failed to prove claims 1 and 14 of the ’327 patent invalid and, because Liquidia stipulated to infringement if those claims survived, finds infringement. But the opinion does not contain an injunction, does not order Liquidia to stop selling YUTREPIA, and does not order FDA to withdraw YUTREPIA’s approval. Instead, Andrews ends by telling the parties to submit an agreed form of final judgment within one week. $LQDA
Broncos just punted from a similar position with 7 minutes left, except down three points and 4th & ONE. A minute later they have a pick six with the lead. @FightOnRusty @PenguinOfTroy
$LQDA looks to have bottomed. Weekly chart looks coiled like it’s gonna start taking baby steps 🆙 into November earnings.
I’m kind of on a generational run with my ROTH IRA. In 2024 I removed all contributions and just left my $5k in gains and used it as an “all-in” swing account. It’s gone like this:
1000 shares $IREN @ $5
Sold at ~ $14
1154 shares of $LQDA @ ~12
Sold @ $55
15,000 shares of $AIRS @ $4.17
Sold at $4.76
20,000 shares of $LODE @ $3.46
Sold @ $4.10
Current position: 2400 shares of $CLMT @ $37 - currently at $58.77
Longest hold was Liquidia, followed by IREN. AIRS & LODE were quick flips. These are all the trades in over two years.
28x - now let’s double it again.
