Belief can trap YOU in a self-imposed prison even if there are no physical bars. How? It is possible that unresolved trauma and karmic entanglements from past lives can manifest as present-day drama turning you into a victim of circumstances that you unconsciously created. This author learned that lifelong programming and beliefs shape reality. Belief is defined as accepting something as true without proof or direct knowledge, in contrast to “knowing,” which arises from observation, experience, and direct cognition. Physical illness can act as a catalyst to force deeper self-examination. This realization shifted her from victimhood to being creator of her life.
