A lot of people were doubling down and some were reprimanding the way many of us called out this young woman for the disparaging and hateful things she said about the characteristics of “Black” people.
Due to the viral video that caused a lot of backlash and a lot of anger from mainly African Americans and Ethiopians who were implicated by her initial statements, many took it upon themselves to have discussions with her to correct herself and also to apologize for her derogatory comments.
She did just that today. She took accountability and has expressed her genuine desire to learn and correct her statements. Good on her and I’m proud of the community that stood up to hold our own accountable.
This is how it should be.

A father shot his 5-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son dead, then shot himself. Their mother walked in and found all three bodies when she arrived to pick the kids up.

Olivia the mother showed up for her custody time with her kids Aira, 5, and Remy, 7. She couldn’t reach them. The door was open so She just walked in and found them dead. A neighbor heard two gunshots around 12:20 a.m. and watched the father pacing outside with a flashlight on the doorbell camera but never called police. Cops had already been to the house 11 times before. No motive has been released yet.
