Took some time before posting this.
Big season, big execution, all on @Ronin_Network.
We cooked @playcambria Season 3.
@Plague_Knights on top.
Cambria Season 3 👇
📈500+ Players onboarded
🥇Rank 1 Royal Favor
🥇Rank 1 Trinkets
🌍Biggest guild on @Ronin_Network
🏆#1 onboarding guild in @playcambria
Built for scale. Built for players.
PK ON TOP!
Whoever did this last UI/UX design update on @opensea users page should get fired
Made that for fun real quick and community liked it more than I thought.
Cooking something next 👀
-Create a @playcambria trailer for the upcoming Genesis launch. Make no mistake.
Pretty frustrating experience with @ethos_network.
Lost nearly 200 points I built over 1.5 years because someone I positively reviewed a year ago got slashed.
It encourages review farming and applies penalties that feel disconnected from reality (system said 60).
This model needs serious adjustments.
If you’re into web3 gaming and not paying attention to what’s happening on @Ronin_Network, fix this asap.
We’re putting up $50,000 in rewards for creators posting content about Grand Arena through a 12-week Creator Rewards Program.
The Creator Rewards Program runs from Jan 12 to April 6. Anyone can participate, we’re judging the content, not your following.
How can you get ready and apply?

Create. Get rewarded.
Been spending some time digging into @Moku_HQ lately. Their NFT keeps climbing and there’s a reason.
They’re building a fantasy-style ecosystem with a serious prize pool, still largely under the radar imo, and fully happening on @Ronin_Network.
AI Mokis battle continuously, while players build card lineups + schemes to speculate on real in-game performance through daily fantasy contests. Cards are NFTs, upgradeable, tradable, and directly tied to outcomes (and the underlying Moki NFT), not just cosmetics.
Mokis can be trained daily and if you hold cards tied to strong-performing Mokis, that’s where things can start compounding fast.
Season 1 runs for 3 months with a $1M prize pool that grows with participation (you read that right, $1M USD prize pool). During the season you'll earn mXP , which will eventually translates to a share of the prize pool.
Season starts very soon.
Definitely one to keep a close eye on.
According @predictdotfun team, only 5 people care about this.
Meanwhile on @ethos_network they got slashed with an overwhelming 93.4% with nearly 200 slashers.
Shows how disconnected this team is.
Really weird situation unfolding with @predictdotfun right now.
Relying on another platform, for a completely different bet, that has an entirely different set of resolution rules raises serious questions. Especially when the outcome is already pretty clear.
@Lighter_xyz might have governance features added in the future, but as of right now it is not a governance token.
This feels like a real crossroads moment for them and how they handle this will say a lot about their ethics and the trust future users can place in the platform.
If this is reversed, $100 → $9,820
Predict Traders are contesting "Will Lighter launch a governance token before 2026", as Lighter has never stated it's a governance token
Predict is essentially putting the burden on Polymarket, their competitor, to solve one of their markets
This is equivalent to Apple relying on Microsoft to make a decision about their iOS
To be clear, I DO NOT see this being reversed, however I took a small "no" position just in case
Especially since Dingaling had posted "If you believe that the token is not a governance token, you're free to buy No" while the market was still live
However, I've been shocked many times in this industry. Tough position for the team to be in. Hope they vote for what's right (my bags 🤞)
POV: Leading the Rank #1 RF & Trinket guild in Cambria Season 3 on @Ronin_Network.
Running this wasn’t playing a game. It felt like running a startup under extreme time pressure for 10 days with 200+ employees. I come from an IRL business background and honestly that experience carried hard.
We weren’t winging it.
We used Season 2 data to budget everything before S3 even started. RF targets, orb efficiency, player benchmarks, tax curves, endgame assumptions. This was planned months in advance.
Behind the scenes, this was a 3 lead operation:
• Me → analytics, data review, budget & planning.
• @RealKennii → community, recruitment, partnerships.
• @Shazoholic → in-game strategy, optimization, coaching.
On top of that, we had key members handling tickets, coaching, language leads, and Discord ops. You cannot run this scale solo. (Props to @FabledMelon)
Every single day:
🔹Player-by-player reviews
🔹Benchmarks based on historical data
🔹Adjustments made daily based on performance
We had a plan, but we re-planned every day.
When Paymaster payouts changed last minute, we pivoted immediately and went heavy early to maximize compound. Same logic with orbs: very high limits Day 1 and 2.
That did two things:
1⃣ Accumulate RF fast, no friction
2⃣ Exposed extractors instantly
We kicked 67 players over the season while constantly rotating new ones in. 500+ applications with tons of brand new players. Onboarding at that scale only works if you systemize it.
During playtest, we built 12 missions (beginner / medium / hard). Players had to complete missions on X orbs to unlock higher limits. Tracking + support was delegated to trusted community members.
Heavy machine to start, but once it rolled… it rolled.
We secured Rank #1 (lowest tax) on Day 2 and held it through Day 8, exactly as planned. Go heavy early, compound, then tune down.
Day 5, we noticed daily RF growth % dipping. Endgame friction.
We reacted fast:
🔹Built a Discord bot
🔹Players queued for coaching
🔹@Shazoholic + @Cryptoberry_eth got pinged
🔹Automatically pulled in private VC coaching (15–45 min sessions)
Next day: +50% RF gain. That gap never closed.
End result:
🔹Rank #1 RF
🔹Rank #1 Trinkets
🔹Almost 2x Trinket points vs Rank #2
@Shazoholic ran 50+ private coaching sessions while also pushing and securing Rank #1 solo. Absolute machine.
@ManaGamingBR & @vinvincrypto pushed hard late, but we were already dialing down because it wasn’t cost-efficient anymore. Strategy played out perfectly.
Daily life was:
Wake up → leader calls → data review → meetings → strategy changes → tickets → meetings → sleep → repeat. I didn’t even play the game until Day 8.
@playcambria season 3 was a mix of strategy, efficiency and onboarding. There were many players and members who made this possible, but I wouldn't be able to tag all of them. Proud of what @Plague_Knights pulled off this season.
Way more new players than expected.
Way more retention than expected.
Now we sit on 2 full seasons of deep data. We cracked the code.
Season 4?
We’re ready.
Worth the read.
Guild managing POV from Melon, who took a real risk onboarding web2 players.
Managing a mid to big-size guild is basically speed-running a company and balancing profit vs onboarding players who actually stick around isn’t easy.
Big props to Melon 👏
My Experience Running a @playcambria Guild for the First Time:
The good, the bad, and the lessons I didn’t expect
This was my first time running a Cambria guild. I want to share a full, honest breakdown of the experience:
The positives, the negatives, and what I learned along the way.
Guild vision and Structure
The core focus of my guild was simple:
Onboard Web2 players into Web3
Give existing Web3 players access to funding through a player-first guild
Help players become fully self-funded as quickly as possible
The goal was never permanent dependency on the guild. The goal was player independence.
Our split was 70% player / 30% guild, with the intention that players would eventually fund their own journey going forward.
Before anything else, I need to say this:
We received an incredibly generous grant from @Ronin_Network to make this possible. Huge thanks to @Jihoz_Axie for believing in me and trusting me with this responsibility. I’m genuinely honored, and my entire community is grateful.
In few words: Without this, my guild would not exist.
The Reality of Managing 150+ People
I had never managed people at this scale before.
Our guild had 150+ players:
~70 self-funded
~80 scholars
The player diversity in our guild is huge. From players just starting their journey, to whales.
The volume of messages alone was overwhelming.
To add context: I flew from Japan to Brazil from the 3rd–5th. This is roughly 40+ hours of travel time. I slept for about 5 hours, then immediately began preparing for what became the most intense 10 day work stretch of my life.
The game launched on the 6th.
For the first 36 hours, I:
Didn’t sleep
Didn’t play
Lost my voice
Took constant calls
Answered hundreds of DMs personally
Lesson #1: You must delegate
If you’re managing this many people, doing everything yourself is physically impossible. Even if you want to, it will break you.
Lesson #2: Don’t normalize personal DMs
Once you reply to DMs, people stop using ticket systems. Organization collapses. Messages get lost. Important issues slip through. Use tools early and enforce them.
I have a newfound respect for founders who take DMs
Systems, Mistakes, and Hard Decisions
Completely exhausted, I finally slept for ~5 hours. When I woke up, my co-leaders stepped up in a huge way:
They implemented a proper ticket system
I built out a spreadsheet and implemented a snapshot mechanism to fairly allocate Energy Orbs based on Royal Favor earned.
It was our first season. We were learning in real time.
One of the hardest challenges was distinguishing:
A genuine beginner
Someone trying to exploit the system
You have to figure this out fast.
Lesson #3: Leadership means saying no
When money is involved, people will lie to your face and appeal to your emotions.
Leading isn’t for the soft-hearted. If you don’t know how to say no, you’ll learn quickly, or you’ll fail.
I ended up cutting ~20 players who were abusing guild resources:
1. Selling Energy Orbs meant to empower players
2. Attempting to re-enter on alts
3. Harassing me via DMs, threatening me, spam calling me, sending voice messages, and trying to re-enter the guild on discord alts.
With guidance from my co-leads and support from committed players, I removed them completely.
Their charters were redistributed to:
Brand new players who hadn’t had a chance to play
Highly engaged players (as alts) to further support their growth
It was the right call.
Lesson #4: Fund people you’d personally vouch for
If you take a chance on unknown players, keep the number small and trial them properly. Especially in Web3.
Lesson #5: No alliances = better gameplay
While most if not all other big guilds had allies, my guild Ratos did not form alliances with any guild.
I believe this was the correct decision.
At this scale, you cannot control the actions of every player. Alliances introduce unnecessary drama and complexity. Internal conflicts are solvable. External ones rarely are.
I believe I saved myself and my co-leads a massive headache with this decision, and it was a good one.
Teach your players well, and you don’t need allies. The game becomes cleaner, more intense, and more fun.
Onboarding Web2 (OSRS) players
Most of the Web2 players I onboarded had never used a wallet, or had very briefly touched one during the 2020-2021 hype.
Some had Coinbase accounts and asked if they could play with those.
The learning curve is real.
With how the tech is today, white-glove onboarding is mandatory
I did 1-on-1 calls with ALL of them.
To my surprise:
1. Keyless wallets are the answer
2. The Ronin keyless wallet were incredibly easy to set up
3. Gas fees are negligible
As far as the game goes, here's the part that shocked me:
Every single one of them loved the game.
No exceptions.
Even with bugs and frustrations, they stuck through it because they wanted to.
Even after I explicitly told them many times they could quit at any time if they decided to.
One player would join voice comms while at work just to hang out with the community.
Another started posting his own Cambria content on X, maybe some of you have seen his posts already.
By:
Day 5: Some started buying their own Energy Orbs with their silver earned in-game.
Day 7: I did 1-on-1 calls with each of them, and most converted to self-funded (95% player / 5% guild)
Day 8: Even more followed
In the end:
Only 2 players of the web2 crowd didn’t fully self-fund, but are considering it for next season
100% of Web2 players who played the game plan to return
95%+ want to be fully self-funded
If I hadn’t seen the numbers myself, I wouldn’t believe it, but thats the truth
Web3 Scholars
Among Web3 scholars:
~25% became self-funded by days 5–6
~50–60% by days 7–9
Its incredible to see how far people can go if they're given a chance, and a bit of encouragement.
Final Thoughts:
As I write this, I feel bittersweet.
This was deeply rewarding and brutally exhausting.
For the entire event:
I slept 4–6 hours at a time, staying awake for 24+ hours cycles. I repeated this continuously until the end of the event
My only real break was December 13th, my birthday, when I ate lunch away from the pc with my wife for one hour.
And honestly?
I wouldn’t change a thing.
Thank you to everyone who trusted us, played with us, and built something real together!
We'll see you in Season 4!!
Season 3 of @playcambria just ended.
We went all-in with. Massive prep and strategy aiming for Rank 1. And we got it.
🏆 Rank 1 overall RF
🏆 Rank 1 solo RF
🏆 Rank 1 Trinkets
Most competitive season yet, and @Plague_Knights finished Rank 1 guild on @Ronin_Network.
Detailed post in a few days on how we pulled this off.
Playing the game is easy. Running a guild isn’t.
Daily tasks, reviews, data analysis, budget discipline. Every single day.
With only 2 days left, the plan’s been a massive success so far with a big gap at #1.
Job’s not done. PK on top ⚔️
I missed how intense @playcambria gets.
Some fight in the wild, some play the economy… but the real battle of titans happens in the guild house.
Just standing there all day managing the guild. Might as well dress in style like a real founder.
@Plague_Knights on top ⚔️
I never RT raffles and stuff, but Levi has been killing it with how he's doing this fun project.
Giving him more exposure with a RT + a chance to get custom art from him.
Win win
📢 RAFFLE TIME 📢
GM! It's time for Raffle #3!!
So siked that we're already halfway through towards the 50 custom cards goal! Who will be the lucky 2 in the next 5 cards? 👀

2 boxes of @AzukiTCG rare pulls. How did I do?
Thoughts so far:
1. Cards feel is really good.
2. Art is top tier.
3. Unboxing experience is well done.
4. Packs wrapping is really strong (maybe even too much?).
Cons:
I didn’t hit a serialized yet so I’ll need to open more.
