👉IJV collapsibility: Assess how the vein changes with breathing

☑️N – Notable lesions: Identify cysts, stones, or focal abnormalities
☑️D – Doppler: Assess renal perfusion and vascular abnormalities
☑️S – Surroundings: Look for perinephric collections or other adjacent abnormalities
