Tragic for the whole film community. So much trust is required on a production, where everyone is working long hours at 200% capacity. Making any film is hard, esp. a small one. Whatever the losses, whatever people think of the accused, no one wanted this. apnews.com/article/alec-bald…

If actors are going to be held criminally liable for trusting a prop master or AD, @sagaftra and @ActorsEquity need to immediately issue new guidelines giving actors the right to refuse handling any functioning weapon without losing a job.

The people of Russia should reflect that the rebuilding of empire also means full dictatorship, including domestic terror. A war on Ukraine will also be a war on them.
The time to protest is now.

In post, we carefully timed out the space between the shattering glass in this scene and the splat and scream at the end to make sure the gap was long enough for the fall. Physics! #ElementaryCBS #Elementary

When we argue with folks, let's reject name-calling in favor of logic, law, fact, common sense, and wit. No matter how much you hate the other side.

Rule of law & fair trials are the bedrock of our system. We do more damage to American democracy by maintaining Guantanamo than the worst terrorist held there could ever dream of inflicting. xitter.cf/ggreenwald/status/9591…

Every time I see a homeless person I think of my own failures as a citizen. Feds should help, but it's always a local problem. We have so many new stadiums, eateries & spas. Not enough shelters. Must hold local leaders accountable. I am.
