🌍🔥 AFRICA IS AT THE TABLE!
On 21 August 2026, global esports leaders meet in Paris for Esports Leaders Paris 2026, organised by The Esports Radar in collaboration with the Esports Awards during the final Friday of the Esports World Cup.
And African esports takes centre stage. 🌍🎮
🔥 Beyond the Challenges: The Rise of African Esports
Led by Désiré Koussawo (SAGES Africa) and Jean-Philippe N'Guessan (Côte d'Ivoire Esports Federation), the roundtable will explore Africa's structural challenges, emerging successes and what is needed to accelerate sustainable growth.
The message is clear:
African esports must be part of the global conversations shaping the industry's future.
The talent is here.
The audience is here.
The ambition is here.
Now we need the investment, infrastructure, partnerships and opportunities to match it.

We have a clear leader in the rankings, with Türkiye on over 10,000 points.
*The ranking was updated following further review of each country & territory's points.
Special Invites are used when technical, ecosystem, or operational limitations make traditional qualification difficult. Unlike Solidarity Slots, these invitations are not performance-based and are only applied in select titles under specific circumstances defined alongside game partners.
