We just launched something COMPLETELY FEEE. 🤯 App Genie App Icon Library 🤖 A library of AI-generated app icons. 😈 Go steal them Every icon comes with the exact prompt that made it. Download the icon, or steal the prompt, swap the subject, and generate your own. We've designed icons for 200+ apps at App Genie. The ones that work are almost never the clever ones. They're the ones that stay readable at 60px on a busy home screen. That taste is what went into these prompts. 38 icons at launch. More every week. Free, no signup, no catch :)

He seems so incredibly triggered by @marclou 😂 Living rent free in his head for a week now If he didn't see it as a threat, he wouldn't even react and definitely not try to ridicule Marc (Which will have the exact opposite effect that he hopes) So yes he sees Marc as a threat!

Data brokers are now buying up SaaS data sets for anywhere from $100K to $2M SaaS are struggling now and some extra money to fill the gap by declining revenues is nice That data is then re-sold to AI training companies and AI frontier labs for the exact purpose of integrating whatever that SaaS did into the AI frontier lab's app Pretty obvious to see where this is going

Muse'u App Store'da tavuk sandviç geçti. bunu bir AI startup pitch deck'ine koymak isterdim 😄
Since leaving X, I decided to try a new challenge. Could I make a chicken sandwich No. 1 on the App Store? Well, guess what.

müşterilerimize artık şunu da soruyoruz: app'iniz bir agent tarafından kullanılabiliyor mu? Amazon engelliyor, agent başka siteden alıyor. yakında kullanıcının bir kısmı ekranı hiç görmeyecek
Just ask Grok @Bot to buy what you want someplace else and get a better deal. There are far more purchasing websites than just Amazon!

ekipte de aynısını görüyorum. agent'lar arka planda çalışırken en iyi developer'larımız artık kod değil, karar yazıyor. o boşluğu iyi kullanan ekip hızlanıyor, kullanamayan sadece bekliyor
Yes, I have so much time now I honestly feel like we're entering a new time of leisure where people are just talking to their agents to steer the direction of our work, while they work in the background 24/7 Like @felixrieseberg did while building his new homepage literally on a bike ride while talking to Claude on iOS I already kinda did this with scheduled cron jobs for years, my sites were almost fully automated, but I still had to add features or fix bugs sometimes, but now for a year or more that part is also fully automated by AI So then we just have so much leisure time suddenly available, that we can spend time with the ppl we love, do more fun things, play games, work on our health/fitness, be outside more, etc. Some of that freed up time now goes into new projects, but there's a certain level of creative expression for me where it's sufficient and I am starting more and more to see I am spending that way from a computer screen too, and prefer it that way Maybe this is the new time where we can finally live not work, as it was predicted 96 years ago by Keynes. That prediction never really came to fruition though because the automation that was invented just moved the work up to higher level (like from making actual things to financial, managerial, administrative, etc.) and people chose to just consume more, so they had to work more again! But maybe now is different though, it definitely feels different to me

Severiz böyle yürekli işleri
every week someone tells me they’re going to vibe-code their own @beehiiv alternative over the weekend. wishing them the best, here’s the backlog of things to make sure to include: > 99.3% email delivery rate (industry-leading) > team of deliverability experts with decades of experience > infrastructure to send 3M+ emails per minute > validating every single email submission (1st and 3rd party) > automated bot-detection to prevent spam signups > registering for every mailbox provider’s feedback program > ingesting data from said feedback loops and building suppression lists > tagging every email so gmail reports complaint rates per newsletter > classifying every bounce (hard, soft, mailbox full, DNS failure) and knowing which ones mean “try again” vs. “never again” > three layers of suppression: global, per-publication, and transactional > temporary suppressions that expire on their own, and permanent ones that never do > one-click unsubscribe, the way gmail and yahoo now require it > warming new IPs and domains on a schedule > watching blocklists around the clock, and pulling an IP from rotation the moment it’s listed > retrying deferred mail for 24+ hours before calling it a bounce > blocking disposable, invalid, and typo’d addresses before they ever reach the list > rate limiting every signup endpoint a bot can find > filtering bot clicks out of every report (something we pay an ungodly amount of money for) > an acquisition source on every subscriber > engagement history for every reader, across every post > multiple sender addresses for different emails > custom domain configuration that is aligned with DKIM, SPF, DMARC > a true WYSIWYG editor: what you write is what lands in the inbox, with no HTML required > turning that editor into table-based, inline-styled email HTML that holds up in outlook > real-time collaborative editing, so the whole team can work on the same issue at once > dynamic content: different sections for different readers, all in a single send > separate email and web versions of every post, from one draft > free and premium versions of the same post, split by a paywall break > merge tags that personalize every email, and a simulated subscriber to preview them before you send > templates with saved colors, fonts, and spacing, plus a default style for every post > columns, tables, buttons, blockquotes, sections, file attachments, and a table of contents with anchor links > native embeds for X, youtube, tiktok, instagram, bluesky, stocktwits, and podcast episodes > polls, referral blocks, recommendations, and ad slots, built right into the post > an AI writer, AI images, and a built-in AI agent one keyboard shortcut away > images resized and optimized automatically, however they’re uploaded > a live email-size gauge that warns you before gmail clips your newsletter > custom HTML blocks, cleaned so a stray script tag can’t break your post > automatically hiding anything an inbox can’t handle (video, iframes, audio) in the email version, while keeping it on the web > links and embeds made clickable even in outlook, which ignores links wrapped around tables > vertical alignment in columns, because a layout that looks off by 4px looks broken to readers > converting your newsletter to audio versions for readers who prefer to listen > random cohort sends to randomly split your list to test different content and conversion > slash commands: type “/” and insert any block without touching a menu > markdown and keyboard shortcuts for people who never want to touch a mouse > pasting from google docs with the formatting intact > search and replace across the whole post > comment threads right in the draft, so editors and writers stop living in google docs > footnotes and citations that work in the inbox and on the web > code blocks, for the technical newsletters > an AI writer that rewrites, translates, and fixes spelling and grammar in place > autosave, so a closed tab never costs you a draft > subject line A/B testing, built into the send flow > drag-and-drop images, from your computer, your media library, or a URL > rich-text image captions, plus image titles and alt text for accessibility > audio files that play inline > file attachments, so a PDF can ride along with the issue > sections with their own backgrounds, borders, and spacing > blockquotes with custom borders, colors, and styles > content breaks and dividers that render cleanly in every inbox > a REST API for subscribers, posts, segments, automations, and more > a send API to create and send newsletters programmatically > creating, updating, and deleting subscribers in real time > reading and writing custom fields on any subscriber > tagging subscribers from your own app > enrolling subscribers into automations via API > pulling opens, clicks, and engagement for every post > fetching post HTML rendered for free vs. premium, email vs. web > creating posts from a template, then appending or prepending content > fetching segments and every subscriber in them > managing tiers and premium subscriptions > pulling referral program data and milestones > reading poll and survey responses > pagination that holds up across millions of records > rate limits that protect the platform without blocking real integrations > API keys you can create and revoke anytime > an MCP server so claude, chatgpt, and other AI tools can work inside beehiiv > drafting and editing posts from an AI chat > asking for open rates, CTR, and revenue in plain english > comparing performance across dozens of posts in one request > looking up any subscriber's full history and engagement > building segments by describing them > creating and editing automations > generating AI images straight into your media library > managing website pages, redirects, and SEO > reading and replying to community posts and DMs > reviewing ad offers and ad revenue reports > managing podcast shows and episodes > creating digital products, coupons, and promo codes > running subscriber growth and earnings reports > setting up subject line A/B tests > deliverability by mailbox provider for any post > searching docs without leaving the chat > inviting teammates by email > admin, member, and contributor roles > admins who control billing, exports, integrations, payments, and domains > members with full access minus admin permissions > contributors limited to drafting posts and automations > roles at the workspace or publication level > multiple publications under one workspace > workspace grouping and search for people on multiple teams > multiple authors per post, with bylines > guest authors for one-off contributors > author profiles with bios, avatars, and social links > community roles mapped to workspace roles (admin, manager, moderator) > real-time collaboration and comment threads on every draft > removing access the moment someone leaves > publication transfers between owners, with written consent > secure, single-use magic links to log in from desktop > a no-code website builder on your own custom domain > an AI website builder that works from plain-english prompts or screenshots > AI custom elements for live widgets > drag-and-drop editing, plus HTML access for full control > site-wide theme tokens for fonts, colors, borders, and shadows > global navbar, footer, and signup and login modals > saving sections, blocks, and pages as reusable templates > version history with one-click restore > custom pages with their own SEO settings and paywalls > redirects, so old links never break > custom robots.txt > auto-generated meta titles and descriptions for every post > google news schema > pages up to 80% faster on largest contentful paint > image carousels and grids > youtube blocks that update when you post new videos > an automatic page for every podcast episode > pop-ups and gated content to turn visitors into subscribers > a visual automation builder, no code required > triggers based on signup source, behavior, purchases, and engagement > welcome sequences that start the second someone subscribes > delays and wait steps > branching logic based on subscriber attributes > reusable condition sets across automations > email steps built in the same editor as your newsletter > webhook steps that call your own systems, with automatic retries > enrolling subscribers via API > per-subscriber journey tracking > opens and clicks for every email in every flow > editing a draft version while the live automation keeps running > comparing draft vs. live before you publish changes > reordering steps in bulk > segment conditions based on whether an automation started > product delivery and follow-ups triggered by purchases > selling files, links, guides, templates, and ebooks > memberships and time-based products > 1:1 coaching sessions and appointments > 0% platform fees on every sale > a storefront on your beehiiv website > products sold inside emails and automations > free products that double as lead magnets > product variants > discount codes and promotion codes > product reviews, with moderation > product tags for organizing your catalog > orders dashboard with buyer details > sales totals per product > duplicating a product in one click > automatic delivery the moment someone buys > payouts through stripe > live webinars with up to 10,000 attendees > ticket sales in 10 currencies > native streaming with video, screen sharing, and chat > no zoom required > up to 5 automated reminder emails > calendar invites sent automatically > a recording of every session > selling the replay as its own product > 0% platform fees on tickets > free webinars that grow your list > discount codes on tickets > 1:1 coaching bookings > buyers linked to their subscriber profile > promoting events in your newsletter and on your site > orders and revenue reporting for every event > a community built into your newsletter: channels, posts, and comments > channels that are free or gated to paid tiers > syncing newsletter posts into the community > direct messages between you and members > threaded comments > pinned posts > a moderation queue for reported posts and comments > banning and unbanning members > admin, manager, and moderator roles > inviting subscribers, segments, or specific emails > surfacing your most engaged subscribers to invite first > community metrics: new members, posts, and activity > notification emails with your own from name > channel ordering and a default channel > luma calendar integration for events > discord integration that syncs roles with subscription tiers > native podcast hosting with zero platform fees > distribution to apple podcasts, spotify, and youtube > an automatic webpage for every episode > automatic transcripts > IAB-standard analytics by country, app, and device > bot filtering on downloads > downloads and unique listeners per episode and per show manychat, meta, and dozens of other apps > human support team with a dozen experts ready to assist with whatever you need oh, and besides having to manage all of this on your own indefinitely forever… your vibe-coded solution will still require paying for and stitching together a ton of software: > email sending (sendgrid, amazon SES, postmark) > web hosting (vercel, AWS, render) > database + queue (supabase, neon, RDS) > payments (stripe, memberful) > auth (clerk, auth0, supabase auth) > monitoring + alerting (sentry, datadog, pagerduty) > workflow engine (inngest, temporal, upstash qstash) > bot protection (cloudflare) > email validation (zerobounce, kickbox) > email rendering (litmus, email on acid) > click verification (omnivery) > media storage + CDN (S3, R2, vercel blob) > product analytics (posthog, mixpanel) …but at least you saved $59/mo not paying for @beehiiv anymore 🫡

Bypass etmek 10 saniye sürer sanırım Ama asıl mesele artık bu tarz şeylere dikkat ettiklerini açık açık söylemeleri Yoksa zaten yıllardır dikkat ettikleri olaylar bunlar
😭 now apple refuse your app just when they detect a remote config package This app barely even use it except to switch a paywall design. 😭

ekipte agent'lara ilk öğrettiğimiz şey kod yazmak değil, soru sormak oldu. yanlış feature'ı hızlı ship etmek, hiç ship etmemekten pahalı
290K GitHub stars for the Claude Code skills one engineer uses every day. Matt Pocock built them to fix the most common ways coding agents fail: → /grill-me: the agent interviews you before writing anything, so it builds what you actually meant → /tdd: it writes a failing test first, then the code that passes it → /diagnosing-bugs: a disciplined, step-by-step debugging loop → /grill-with-docs: builds a shared glossary for your project, so the agent stops using 20 words where 1 will do Install in Claude Code: claude plugin install mattpocock-skills@claude-plugins-official Then run /setup-matt-pocock-skills once per repo. github.com/mattpocock/skills

bugün 6 farklı tab arasında agent'a context taşımaktan yoruldum, svpino haklı. tool'lar değil, hepsinin aynı yerde konuşması lazım
The hottest bet in the market right now is collaborative workspaces for people, agents, and data. People + Agents + Context + Tools working in the same conversation. Really cool when you want to automate different workflows across different apps in your company.

geçen hafta annem kendi işi için ChatGPT'ye tasarım yaptırdı, ben hâlâ X'te "normal insan AI kullanmıyor" tartışması okuyorum 😅
I keep telling people this Regular people around me already use AI apps all the time in advanced ways Most tech people are in their own bubble thinking we're the only ones who use AI

Aynen. Vibe coding SaaS'ı öldürmüyor. Teknik biri bile AI aboneliği varken driving test app'e para ödüyor. Çünkü çoğu insan repo istemiyor. Çalışan bir şeye para veriyor. Kod ucuzladı. Distribution ve paywall pahalı kaldı.
let me tell you why saas is not dead and how deep in the rabbit hole we are on x ⬖ my wife is technical enough, worked as QA before, understands the concepts of cloud, hosting, frontend vs backend, etc etc. ⬖ she has 2 subs to copen ai and claude, uses them on desktop and on mobile ⬖ she has heard me rambling about ai for 4 years non stop and knows most terms ⬖ she has vibed a few websites for fun and is a creative person overall so i see she subscribed (recurring lol) to a "learn driving tests" app i asked her wtf why dont u vibe yourself one?? it will be even better, more visual, tailored to you, etc etc. she was like "uhm but why, someone already put all the effort and i just wanna be done with my driving tests" now think about the people who have NONE OF THE bulletpoints above lmfao 💀 put a price tag and just put the saas in the bag lil bro no one is vibecoding shit

Let me summarize a few convos with founders from past 2 weeks: Personally, I won’t invest in an agentic “SaaS” / B2B company anymore no matter how good your AI and agent is … Unless it unlocks materially more budget than just traditional software budget. This may sounds obvious but I think a lot of folks get confused by it. It’s not enough today to use AI to make your B2B product 10x better than the old guys. That’s great and it WILL win you customers. The problem? That alone won’t win you incremental budget. You can steal Salesforce’s budget, or Workday’s, or whatever, but all the incremental budget is going to AI that either has radical ROI (gets you customers) or radical cost savings (don’t need half support team) or radical insights (100x better analytics -> insights -> ROI). Agentic ROI. Stealing budget just from other software is no longer enough. -> You have to have Agentic ROI, and where that shows up is much larger deal sizes than usual in your category. If deals are usually $20k in your category, but you can get $60k-$200k with AI, look, that’s the sign. If deals are usually $20k and you can get $20k but you can be incumbents with AI, that’s great. But it’s not enough. If your deal size isn’t at least 2x what your pre-AI competitors have, you don’t have Agentic Revenue, and you won’t scale to be bigger than them, and you may end up in … a 2x ARR trap at scale. No one wants that.

İlk 100 kullanıcıyı bu şekilde alın Sonrası o kadar kolay gelecek ki
How to get the first 100 users for your startup 1. Launch everywhere. Product Hunt, DevHunt, BetaList, Peerlist, Indie Hackers, etc. If a platform lets you list your product, list it. 2. Leverage your network and cold outreach. Email friends, former colleagues, and people in your extended network. Reach out directly to potential users on LinkedIn or via cold email with a short, personalized one-sentence pitch. 3. Find Reddit posts where people complain about problems you've solved. Use our AI CMO to find relevant threads and generate replies (link in comments). 4. DM 10 to 15 UGC creators on TikTok or Instagram. Ask them to create content about your product, ideally from a fresh account. Pay them a fixed fee ($15–$30 per video) plus performance incentives ($1K for 1 million views, etc.). 5. Figure out where your ICP hangs out. Are they active in specific groups/communities? Do they read certain newsletters? Listen to podcasts? Follow specific creators? Reach out to those people for paid promos. 6. Stalk your competitors. Find their top backlinks and submit your product to the same places. Do it manually or use a tool, but just get it done. 7. Show, don’t tell. Most people won’t get it if you just explain the product. Record a short demo using Screen Studio and post it on X and LinkedIn. 8. Every week there’s a new trend going on X. Hop on trends and plug your product. 9. Build in public. Share early wins, bugs, and things you’re learning. One post/day won't move the needle. Aim for 3-4x/day if you can. Okara AI CMO helps you stay consistent with content. 10. Find tweets going viral in your niche. Reply with value and mention your product if it’s relevant.

40 kişiyle $100M ARR. Ama asıl önemli cümle şu: "Stripe nasıl yapıyor, Cursor nasıl yapıyor, duymak istemiyorum." Herkes başkasının çözümünü kopyalarken en hızlı büyüyenler problemi sıfırdan düşünenler oluyor. AI ile kopyalamak bedava hale geldi. Fark yaratan artık kendi cevabını bulabilmek.
Railway started the year at $20M ARR. It’s now ~$100M. Solo founder. Fully remote. Only ~40 people. The one trait that explains why Railway is breaking all the rules: “It’s almost like cheating on your homework when you go and look at somebody else’s solution. If this is how Stripe does this or this is how Cursor does this, I don’t want to hear about it.” Jake Cooper (@justjake). Founder and CEO of @Railway. Knuckle Up ↓ -- In this conversation with Jake Cooper: 00:00 Who is Jake Cooper? 02:54 How did Railway survive losing $500K a month? 06:01 What made Railway’s growth chart go vertical? 09:45 Why won’t Jake look at how other companies solve problems? 14:34 Is two the worst number of co-founders? 20:04 How does a 40-person team hit $100M in ARR? 22:41 Why does Railway say no to 90% of ideas? 28:55 How do you compete for talent against the AI labs? 32:25 What does a technical interview look like after Opus 4.5? 35:34 Trust, clarity, judgment: how does Railway’s six-week onboarding work? 44:59 What does HARD stand for, and which value costs the most? 48:49 Why does Jake go dark from Friday night to Sunday? 54:54 What breaks first in a world with 10,000x more software? 59:49 Where does Railway play in two years? 1:01:37 How has Jake had to grow as a CEO? 1:09:29 Is burnout just an input-output mismatch? 1:12:27 Why does Jake think most startup advice is overrated?

git for agents Ne diyorlardı “insanlar için değil, agent’lar için üretin”
New on our Engineering blog: Creating in-house source control. In May, we merged around 2,500 code changes per day. In September, we merged more than 30,000 per day. As a result, we became bottlenecked by developer infrastructure built for human (rather than agent) scale. Here, we share how we built a new version control system—and fully migrated our monorepo from git—in five months: anthropic.com/engineering/re…

Gojiberry şu anda bildiğim kadarıyla $200-300k civarında aylık gelir üretiyor. Ve buraya sadece 1 yılda geldiler Kısaca adım adım özetlemişler kullandıkları taktiği
We scaled to @gojiberryai to 4000 customers in less than 1 year. No one wants to hear this, but there’s no magic distribution channel. We scalled by testmaxxing every channel depending on our MRR level. €0 → 100 customers: pure outbound. Cold email plus LinkedIn, using our own early product on ourselves. No brand, no audience, just us reaching out to people showing intent and starting conversations. Ugly, manual, effective. 100 → 250 customers: Reddit. Our first real acquisition breakthrough. We posted educational breakdowns in SaaS subreddits and did 10M+ organic views. The traffic quality wasn't amazing, but the volume was so huge it flooded our trial funnel for months. Cost: basically zero. 250 → 750 customers: content plus free blueprints. We went all-in on LinkedIn content, YouTube, motion-design videos, and giving away our internal systems as free "blueprints." Content got the reach, the blueprints earned the trust, and a chunk of readers converted. This is where founder-led content started compounding. 750 → 1500: partnerships and X. We added Twitter, B2B influencers, sponsored newsletters, and a lifetime affiliate program that became a major lever. We also joined YC around here, and the intensity went vertical. 1500+: paid and hiring. Meta ads, Google ads, influencer agencies, and hiring seriously for the first time, growth, sales, engineering, product. None of these stages replaced the last one. They stacked. Outbound never stopped. Content never stopped. We just kept adding the next lever once the current one was clearly working. If you take one thing from this: don't chase five channels at once. Beat one until it works, then add the next.
