It is sad that now it's not about the actual craft, it is about just bragging rights. I had made a pencil sketch, someone said, i can do it too with AI. It does matter and do not give up your skill because someone with AI can also do it.

Recently attended an in-person handheld game console hackathon. I wrote a raycaster by hand. Someone wearing a “I ❤️ slop” tshirt saw mine and said “oh I wrote a ray caster too!”. They showed me. It was a ray *tracer* and claude did all the work. The person didn’t know basic graphics terms. They couldn’t answer basic questions about how it worked, could only talk about their prompting harness. Sad how AI is ruining the craft and community for people that actually like to program and have spent their lives getting good at it.

This looks awesome @DanielcHooper , I know because i started off with C for graphcis, sprites and games, where you had to save the background, bit blit the sprite and so on. The small details matter...

If only AI could help people build hardware projects not just software, in the last two days, I have downloaded and tried out 5-6 different MacDuo apps that use the lid sensor and animate the screen like the new iPhone Duo. I am sure all fo them are built using AI.

Now I understand why the @netflix show #lockup has lost my vote, it is another Ekta Kapoor soap not a reality TV show. #Shivangi and #Harshad were pathetic!! I don’t think this should be renewed if this is the quality of how it plays out!! The show REFUSED to oust her.

Why does someone or @Apple not create the ability to tag photos to group them, creating albums does not work well because an image can be more than one tag.

Hey @Apple @appleicloud What is this space required by Health app?? 1.9 GB?? All my notes and drawing on #Linea take lesser space. With so many apple devices why should we not get like 5GB per device?

Dear @Apple #health why does the health app require 2.2 GB of space on #iCloud? There is something wrong with that. This is eating up all of my space. You should offer more #FREE space especially if I have multiple devices with more than 256GB Memory. 5GB is a joke.

There were so many softwares earlier, anyone know an off the shelf GUI software to make quick and easy HTML based help guides like a DOCC with search bar and step by step navigation into a topic.
