At #biohackJP, we took @oxigraph for a spin with a subset of @PDBj_en #RDF nearing half a billion triples. We successfully hosted multiple endpoints on a standard MacBook Pro, reverse-proxied with @caddyserver. Our test environment surpassed the performance of a traditional triple store, even when handling federated #SPARQL queries. Part of this experimental project is documented in our #BioHackrXiv preprint: doi.org/10.37044/osf.io/yru4…

Just came across an intriguing serverless SPARQL implementation utilizing @oxigraph .
It offers in-memory SPARQL capabilities, loading data from local files. Implementation is using Deno.

Yes, I am a big fan of Oxigraph. (exactly for that reason)
We are using it for the NFDI4Culture knowledge graph.

RoXi: Some early work on Rust/WASM based RDF reasoning in the browser using @oxigraph

That can run 100% client side, other @rdfjs based reasoners I found need a backend.

After what seems like a lot of finicky data cleaning to get @ORCID_Org JSON-LD into correctly formatted RDF I can now play with queries SPARQL queries in @oxigraph such as "who are the authors based at @TheBotanics and what have they published?"

In addition, Morph-KGC now integrates with @oxigraph to create and exploit RDF-star data all from #Python. You can read the docs in the brand new website!

Great web-SPARQL interface using an in-memory version of @oxigraph. That is very useful for SPARQL & RDF trainings, all you need is a web browser! (I'm not sure if it's 100% client side, but I guess so)
