life feels better when you realize this things:
- you can become anything you want, just need to train your mind and act like it
- dont confuse humility with making yourself smaller
- dont wait for someone with more confidence to do what you feel called to do
- you suffer more in imagination than in reality. If you’re thinking in the worst case scenario, change it to think in the best case scenario.
- specific knowledge feels like play to you but looks like work to others
- you don't need more time. you need less indecision.
- the person who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones
- you dont find your people by being perfect. you find them by being honest
- one of the best things in life is to get excited by small things
- taking care of yourself and putting yourself first is self-care and self-love. that's the only way you can be your best self for others and share that with them.
- be kind with everyone. you never know what others are experiencing. And being mean makes you ugly, old faster btw.
- it always feels better to give and to give with love. but just as important is learning to receive with grace.
- love and friendship, in the end, are about people connecting with what feels familiar, recognizing each other.
