Ownify
Tokenize real-world assets you already own. Vehicles, watches, sneakers, trading cards, art, domains, websites, music royalties, invoices and more.
List, verify, and trade them directly. No banks. No approval queues.
How it works
List your asset and sign the record with your wallet. Attach evidence. Each completed verification layer raises a public trust score visible to every buyer.
Sell the asset whole or fractionally. Proof is the point.
Up to ten verification layers can support a single listing, combining automated checks and vetted human reviews:
- Proof Timestamp
- Location Review
- Document Review
- Image Review
- Duplicate Detection
- Community Attestation
- Data-Source Validation
- Professional Appraisal
- Ownership Claim Review
- Custody & Title Review
The more you verify, the clearer the proof and the market prices it accordingly.
Own what you already own.

Before buying an item, you should be able to look at the seller’s history.
Ownify sellers now have public profile pages, giving buyers a place to assess their recorded marketplace activity before opening an order.
A wallet address is the starting point. A visible transaction history helps buyers make a more informed decision.
Selling a physical asset involves more than transferring digital ownership.
The item still needs to reach the buyer, and its condition needs to be confirmed.
Ownify's transaction framework establishes clear shipping deadlines, delivery evidence requirements, and a default 72 hour inspection window for buyers.
Buyers have a defined opportunity to confirm receipt or raise a dispute before the transaction proceeds under its established rules.
Bringing real world accountability into digital asset markets.

A tokenized asset needs a path back to the underlying item.
Ownify now includes a wallet-based redemption flow for eligible asset-token holders, with custodian stake requirements sized to the item.
Redemption remains subject to the asset’s ownership, custody and release conditions. Holding a fraction does not automatically entitle someone to collect the whole item.
“Who can actually authenticate this?”
Ownify now helps answer that directly on listing pages and inside the listing wizard.
The directory covers 117 verification services across all 14 categories, including authenticators, registries and appraisers.
Find a relevant service, arrange the check externally and attach the resulting evidence to your listing.
Smaller trades on Ownify no longer require uploading ID.
Wallet-only access:
• Up to $100 per action
• $300 total per 30 days
• 3 actions per 24 hours
Holder access:
• At least 1M OWN staked now and 24 hours earlier
• Up to $1,000 per action
• $3,000 total per 30 days
• 5 actions per 24 hours
Higher-value access requires identity verification. Some features require verification regardless of value.
Wallet addresses participating in real-money actions are screened against OFAC’s published address list. Platform-wide limits also apply.
Trust isn't just about what an asset looks like today. It's about everything that happened before.
Ownify is built around a permanent record of asset activity, where ownership claims, verification changes, and disputes form a traceable history.
Revoked attestations and previous records aren't simply erased. They remain part of the asset's history.
Because transparency shouldn't disappear when something changes.
A marketplace built on verifiable history creates a stronger foundation for real world ownership.

Ownify now supports real USDG settlement through on-chain escrow on Robinhood Chain.
The live feature set includes asset tokens, redemption, claim challenges, appeals, revenue distributions, holder buyouts, the protocol reserve and protocol fees.
A feature being live means its functionality is enabled. Each transaction still has its own eligibility, verification and custody requirements.
Ownify is live for real-value trading on Robinhood Chain, with escrow settlement in USDG.
Recent updates include:
• No-ID access for smaller trades
• A verification-service directory
• Physical-item redemption workflows
• Public seller profiles
• Referrals
• Better page availability
The next priorities are better listings, attracting real buyers and sellers, and making verification and custody easier to navigate.
Transparency should extend to every part of a transaction, including the fees.
Ownify is designed to ensure that the terms established when an order opens cannot be changed by a later update to the protocol's fee schedule.
Each order records the applicable fee schedule, preserving its original terms throughout the transaction.
Protocol fee collection is currently switched off.
We are building a marketplace where transparency is part of the infrastructure
We've expanded Ownify's verification infrastructure by adding category-specific verification checklists.
15 provider interfaces have been built to support future verification connections.
The framework covers different asset types, including vehicles, watches, collectibles, domains and revenue assets.
These interfaces are preparation for integrations. They do not represent active partnerships or operational verification services yet.
You may find these verification checklists on our website:

A reliable dispute resolution system requires more than just the technology. It needs the right people and safeguards in place.
Our appeals feature is marked LIVE within the application, but the process is not yet enabled onchain.
Here's where things stand:
• 3 arbiters are required to form an appeal panel.
• 2 arbiters are currently assigned.
• Appeals remain disabled until the required panel is established and the onchain capability is activated.
We're making this distinction clear so users can understand which features are operational and which are still progressing toward readiness.
The goal is to establish a dispute resolution process built on accountability, proper oversight, and clear governance.
Transparency means showing what's ready today, not just what's been built.
Ownify is taking its next step toward broader governance.
Applications for our Founding Council are now open, with 3 seats available and 0 currently filled.
The framework introduces a structured process for establishing the council, including:
• Credential verification.
• Conflict of interest reviews.
• Member confirmation controls.
• Defined governance responsibilities.
Opening these seats marks the beginning of the process, not the establishment of an independent council.
Ownify's vetters remain operator managed, with independent confirmers yet to be appointed.
As the council takes shape, we'll provide transparency at every stage, from candidate assessments to confirmed appointments and active governance.
Building toward a more transparent, accountable, and community driven future for Ownify.
Transparency goes beyond what a platform claims. It starts with showing who holds authority.
Ownify's Trust and Vetters pages now display the wallets holding onchain operating roles, giving users greater visibility into how the protocol is managed.
The transparency pages also provide access to:
• Onchain role holders and permissions.
• Identity verification tiers.
• Sanctions-list status.
• Governance and operational records.
Our current infrastructure remains operator-run, with independent arbiters, custodians, and confirmers yet to be seated.
The goal is simple: make it easier to see what's operational today, who holds authority, and what still needs to be established.

Introducing “Verify This Item” on Ownify.
Finding the right way to verify a real-world asset just got easier.
Our new verification panel is now available on every listing and within the listing wizard.
• 64 public verification resources across all 14 asset categories.
• Online-checkable certificates prioritized.
• Smart alerts when an asset's value may not justify paid verification.
Buyers and sellers can now explore relevant verification options directly from an asset's listing.
These are independent public resources, not integrated partners or assets authenticated by Ownify.
Making asset verification more accessible, transparent, and practical.
We’ve expanded Ownify’s tools to reduce manual work and make asset transactions more efficient.
Key improvements include:
• Streamlined role permissions and approvals.
• On-chain integration of council decisions.
• Shipping and delivery tracking tools.
• Improved custodian consent processes.
• Automated deadline management.
• Improved gas fee handling.
These updates help make transactions more consistent, organized and easier to manage.
External shipping, identity and custody integrations are still being set up and verified.
Ownify is building a simpler onboarding experience.
Not every transaction should require the same level of identity verification.
We've developed configurable wallet-only tiers designed to reduce friction for eligible transactions:
• Open Tier: $100 limit.
• Holder Tier: $1,000 limit with at least 1M OWN staked for 24 hours.
Alongside this, we've built OFAC sanctions screening and a sanctions-list refresh system, with the OFAC list already loaded.
These tiers are not yet active. Activation remains pending, and the proposed terms amendment is awaiting legal review.
The goal: simpler onboarding, fewer unnecessary document uploads, and stronger safeguards where they matter.
Making real-world asset ownership more accessible without compromising security.
Ownify is strengthening transaction security at the protocol level.
Restrictions shouldn't just exist in the interface. They need to be enforced where transactions are authorized.
Our latest improvements introduce category-policy checks directly into the settlement-permit path, alongside:
• Asset-specific securities reviews.
• Isolation of simulated balances from real funds, bonds, and collateral.
• Stronger role-replay protection.
• Improved deadline handling under low-gas conditions.
All 14 asset categories remain available for browsing and listing, while financial operations are subject to their specific requirements.
We are building a more secure and accountable foundation for RWAs.
Ownify is enabling true ownership of tokenized real-world assets.
Token holders can now request redemption of assets (or their value) directly through their crypto wallet.
Here’s what we built:
1. Redemption permit: digital authorization to start the process.
2. Wallet integration: request redemption directly from your connected crypto wallet.
3. Stake requirements: optional security lock based on asset value.
4. Custodian approval: includes sign-off from the real-world asset holder.
5. Double-transaction protection: prevents selling and redeeming the same asset at once.
This is a practical step toward bridging blockchain tokens with real-world assets in a secure, authorized way.
Production availability is pending final verification.
We've updated how Ownify handles balances, making financial safeguards stronger.
Simulated balances for those wanting to test Ownify's functionality are now fully separated from real funds; Bond and protection pool balances are read directly from on-chain contracts.
Simulated balances can no longer be spent, withdrawn or counted as collateral. Older ones stay visible as labeled records.
If an on-chain check can't be completed, that backing counts as unavailable instead of being assumed.
Bonds are locked when an order opens and returned when it ends, unless slashed. Leaving the vault takes a 14 day withdrawal request.
This verifies available balances. It isn't insurance, and it doesn't guarantee every claim gets paid.
