We're beginning to roll out our first wave of updates to Ownify.
Starting with clearer asset protection information.
Asset pages now show which safeguards are in place, what's missing, and why.
Custody status is also visible, giving users greater transparency before making decisions.
Custody infrastructure is built, with activation planned for a later stage.
Many more updates to come.
The next wave of RWAs won’t start with institutions.
It starts with the assets people already own.
From watches and cars to collectibles and digital assets, everyday ownership is becoming the next frontier of tokenization.
Ownify is building the infrastructure to make that future possible.
The next generation of asset markets starts here.
Not every RWA can be verified the same way.
Domains need DNS verification.
Watches need professional appraisal.
Vehicles need ownership and title checks.
Ownify's modular verification adapts to the asset.
Every marketplace needs a plan for when things go wrong. On Ownify, that plan is the insurance pool.
A share of every protocol fee flows into it, so the pool grows as the protocol gets used.
Payouts only happen when governance approves a claim, and each claim has to name the order and the ruling behind it. The same order, recipient and reason can only be paid once, and no payout can ever be more than the pool actually holds.
Funds settle in USDG, with the balance and payouts shown on the page.

Who is Ownify for, and what does it solve?
It is for anyone whose assets are worth more than the system lets them do with them. Car and watch owners, domain holders, creators with royalty income.
Right now, proving you own something means paperwork that takes weeks, and selling it means middlemen, fees and buyers who have to take your word for it. Ownify replaces that with a record anyone can check. Evidence is uploaded, run through up to ten layers of verification, and shown as a trust score a buyer can read at a glance.
It also opens up access. Ownership can be split into fractions, so a high value asset doesn't have to go to one buyer, and the person selling can reach buyers anywhere.
If you own it, you can tokenize it.

A lot of RWA projects focus on putting assets onchain.
But the difficult part starts before that.
How do you prove someone owns a physical asset? How do you know the evidence hasn't been changed? Who verifies it?
We're building Ownify around these problems.
Wallet-signed listings, tamper-evident evidence, and modular verification are already part of our off-chain beta.
We want to get the foundation right first.
Up to 10 verification layers for RWAs.
Ownership reviews. Evidence checks. Professional appraisals. Custody verification.
Built into Ownify
Wallet signed real world asset listings are live on @OwnifyOfficial
Cars. Watches. Domains. Collectibles.
No brokers or listing approval queues.

Staking is live on Ownify.
Stake your OWN and earn a share of the protocol's fees, paid out in USDG.
- Staked OWN earns the stakers' share of protocol fees
- Rewards are paid in USDG
- Unstaking stops the earning right away
- Your OWN is returned after a 7 day cooldown
- Plain transfers, including staking, are not taxed

Security on Ownify comes down to one idea: everything is signed, everything can be checked, and nothing can be quietly changed.
- Signed actions: every listing, order, claim and attestation is signed by the wallet behind it, so it's clear who did what.
- Replay protection: each signature can only be used once and expires after a deadline, so an old one can't be reused later.
- Tamper-evident proof: evidence files are tied to a fingerprint of their contents. Change a single byte and every attestation attached to that file stops being valid.
- Vetted reviewers only: anyone can register as a reviewer, but only vetted ones can move a listing's trust score.
- Fail-closed trading: if an important attestation is revoked or expires, the trade stops, even if the buyer has already signed.
- Seller bonds: a purchase opens an order with deadlines, a dispute process and a bond from the seller.
- Append-only history: provenance is a chained log. Revocations and disputes get added to the record and are never erased.
Nothing has to be taken on trust, because all of it can be checked.
Here is how an asset gets tokenized on Ownify, start to finish.
The full process takes a few minutes:
- Connect your wallet
- Add your asset details
- Upload your proof, up to 8 files
- Choose whole or fractional ownership
- Pick a verification package
- Review everything
- Sign and mint
Once it is minted, your asset is verified, recorded and ready to list on the marketplace.
If you own it, you can tokenize it.
Value only compounds when there’s a loop behind it.
1. Mint: a listing is signed with the owner’s wallet, and the proof files are hashed so the record points to the exact documents from day one.
2. Verify: modular layers stack on a listing, from evidence checks to vetted reviewer sign-offs and appraisals. Every signed review lifts the public trust score.
3. Trade: assets list whole or in fractions. Once a vetted reviewer has checked the item, a purchase opens an order backed by seller bonds, deadlines and a dispute process.
4. Earn: royalties, rent and ad revenue are designed to be shared with fraction holders.
5. Fees: protocol fees are meant to flow back to owners as settlement moves on-chain.
Each step feeds the next. That’s what turns a single listing into something that compounds.
If you own it, you can tokenize it.
These are the assets that can be tokenized on Ownify right now:
Physical
- Vehicles
- Watches
- Sneakers
- Art
- Trading cards
- Cameras
- Collectibles
- Equipment
Digital
- Domains
- Websites
Revenue
- Music royalties
- YouTube revenue
- Invoices
- Revenue streams
This is just the starting set. More asset types are being added.
Ownify
Tokenize real-world assets you already own. Vehicles, watches, sneakers, trading cards, art, domains, websites, music royalties, invoices and more.
List, verify, and trade them directly. No banks. No approval queues.
How it works
List your asset and sign the record with your wallet. Attach evidence. Each completed verification layer raises a public trust score visible to every buyer.
Sell the asset whole or fractionally. Proof is the point.
Up to ten verification layers can support a single listing, combining automated checks and vetted human reviews:
- Proof Timestamp
- Location Review
- Document Review
- Image Review
- Duplicate Detection
- Community Attestation
- Data-Source Validation
- Professional Appraisal
- Ownership Claim Review
- Custody & Title Review
The more you verify, the clearer the proof and the market prices it accordingly.
Own what you already own.
