Almost the NY resolution part of the year. My best advice? Start 2024 off right. Treat your loved ones with respect, consideration & loving kindness every goddamn day. Life is so short. Don't lose love. It's so rare & special. Cherish it 💜

Some days are really hard. Even when you think you're doing okay, something hits you in the face and bam. All that confidence evaporates... These days are the hardest 🥺

Just finished Matthew Perry's autobiography 🥺 What a devastating loss. I was shocked to hear of his death. He struggled with so much but in spite of his addictions & childhood trauma, that man never gave up. A truly inspiring read. I admire his bravery & grit. RIP Matty 💜

To the other half of my heart, In spite of it all, I am incomplete without you. I am scarred and I am broken. I fear being hurt and abandoned again. I cry when I remember. But I miss you with a visceral aching that I cannot describe. Please come back. I love you.
