There is no tentative agreement. The government is forcing a vote using the Sask Employment Act.
The language and spin is meant to confuse parents. They want you to think public education funding is solved and that teachers are being unreasonable.
BREAKING: The labour dispute between Saskatchewan’s teachers and the provincial government could be nearing an end.
In an email sent out Wednesday, the chair of the Government-Trustee Bargaining Committee said the sides had reached a tentative agreement.

If I was a betting man I would put money on a bet that the Moe/Cockrill play in the current bargaining with teachers is invoking this section of the Saskatchewan Employment Act. A supervised vote of the government’s last offer. If so, teachers should reject it.
