So sad. I worked with Dave Taht on wifi bufferbloat reduction in Google Fiber. We got around 10x reduction in latency under heavy load (wifi latency traditionally *really* sucks under load; very tricky queuing problem). Couldn't have done it without him.

However, when I went to the journal itself, the papers were real, but the authors were different.
The ResearchGate profile was all a fake.
They had taken the CV of some Iranian scientist, changed the name on the papers, and created a fake ResearchGate account with them.

DTrace is the single biggest ROI of my software life in the last decade. In that time I've used DTrace almost daily at work and outside of it. With it I've answered thousands of difficult questions about all different parts of the software stack on live, unmodified systems.
