There are a lot of great people here working hard every single day to hold onto and expand the beautiful space that trans people inhabit in the Lone Star state.

#TransDayOfVisibility
Visibility is only part of the equation for equity – in fact, increased invisibility often only leads to increased discrimination. But, today, we take a moment to say, unequivocally: trans people belong in Texas, in our communities, and in our lives.
With trans youth in TX forced onto the front lines of a dangerous moral panic manufactured to distract from the many deceits and disappointments of TX govt, it's vital to affirm & support the existence of our trans community, & that we fight so that they can thrive.
On this Trans Day of Visibility, we want to acknowledge and celebrate the brilliant trans people in our community, in the state of Texas, and all over the world.
