A bank team came to one of our hackathons.
They were using agents already but every time someone started a new chat they had to explain the same background again. Policies, old cases, how their stack works, all of it.
They connected Collabute so the agents could pull context instead of waiting to be briefed. Same knowledge base for the whole team, not stuck in one person’s head or one thread.
After the hackathon they rolled it out to the rest of the team.
They are about 80% more productive now and they save at least 500 hours a week because people are not repeating themselves all day.
That is pretty much it. They saw it work at the hackathon and then just used it for their real operations, we are writing our deal with them at the end of this month!

so I made this pip tool and open-sourced it so you can add it to your browser and enjoy!

for the last couple of months everytime I was trying to explain what a productivity gain @collabute actually is I needed to explain a whole lot of things for them in order to catch them up with the pace, but now @alighodsi says something on the @a16z pod which is the exact promise that Collabute was built for
