Meine Mutter war mir durch ihre Frömmigkeit und Wohltätigkeit ein Vorbild;

Lots of people discuss immigration & crime in Europe, so I compiled what I think is ALL the data on the topic, which is hard because many countries hide it.
Do they commit more crime?
Is it because of age? Sex? Education? Poverty? Culture?
1. Sexual offenses & violent crime:

I envy the director who called his own country's army something worse than any enemy ever called it, and then drove home.
I envy that he signed his name to it.
I envy that his face is on the poster.
I envy that the state's revenge was a press release.
I envy that the ministers who despise him can only threaten his funding.
I envy that his worst punishment is being hated loudly by people with keyboards.
I envy that Iranian propaganda spends millions and never reaches the accusation he made himself, unpaid, on camera.
I envy that he will be invited to debate his critics on television.
I envy that his critics want to argue with him at all.
I envy that his mother watched the ceremony from her living room.
I envy that his mother has a living room.
I envy him because forty minutes past the last checkpoint, outside his country and outside his law, the review arrives at night, on motorcycles.
I envy him because out there, men take you out in your underwear so the street remembers it.
I envy him because an hour from his editing room, but under a different flag, a film like that ends on a rooftop, with the director going over the edge.
I envy him because in that place, the director own people will drag the body through the market, so the next director understands the notes.
I envy him because 50 kilometers from the theater that screened his film, and past the border of everything he is accused of, they shoot the knees first, so the neighborhood hears the whole verdict.
I envy him because there, the sentence includes your brothers.
I envy him because there, the sentence includes the house your father built.
I envy him because there, a rumor that you spoke to a foreign journalist is the entire trial.
I envy him because there, nobody cuts your budget, they cut you.
I envy that the distance between his applause and that rooftop is shorter than his commute, and that no one confuses the two jurisdictions.
I envy that he says all of it from inside the country he is accusing.

I've been searching for the right term to describe the phenomenon I see across the developing world but haven't found it yet...
We point to the skyscrapers and luxury malls of the various capital cities as proof of progress in Africa, forgetting that these places are where banks, government institutions, foreign capital, international aid agencies, NGOs, and the wealthiest citizens, are concentrated all in just one small area.
The real test is what happens when you leave that small bubble.
In Japan or much of Western Europe, for example, development and modernity doesn't vanish 10 kilometers out of the capital city. The roads, water, schools, and hospitals continue almost across the country. In much of Africa, on the other hand, the infrastructure drop off is DRASTIC. One minute you're in Acacia Mall and the next minute you're back in the stone age after just a 5 minute drive away from the city centre.
That's why gleaming snapshots such as this photo are so misleading.
A country isn't developed because modernity exists in some small pocket of affluence and wealth in ita capital city. Development is about how widely that modernity is distributed. Africa fails in that regard.

Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci removing her chador during her tense 1979 interview with Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in Qom, Iran...
In October 1979, Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci traveled to Qom, Iran, to interview the Islamic Revolution's supreme leader. To get inside the room, Fallaci was forced to cover herself from head to toe in a heavy black chador, leaving only her face visible.
The conversation inside the room was tense from the very start. Fallaci did not hold back her questions.
She pushed the Ayatollah on political executions, the sudden shutdown of independent newspapers, and the sharp loss of rights for Iranian women under the new regime.
When she asked about the forced wearing of the veil, Khomeini dismissed her concerns and claimed the garment was meant to protect young and respectable women. He then added,
"If you do not like the Islamic dress, you are not obliged to wear it."
Fallaci took his words literally and replied, "Thank you, Mr. Imam. Since you tell me so, I am taking it off right now."
With a quick move, she pulled the chador off her head, leaving her hair completely exposed right in front of the Supreme Leader.
Khomeini was furious.
He stood up without saying another word and walked out of the room. The room fell silent, and the interview was abruptly stopped. However, Fallaci refused to leave Iran until he returned a day later to finish the conversation.
This confrontation became legendary in the history of journalism.
It showed a reporter refusing to bow down to authority, even in one of the most dangerous settings imaginable.
Fallaci proved that real journalism requires standing up to power, asking hard questions, and refusing to be silenced by fear or tradition.
When journalists trade raw courage for easy access and comfortable silence, we lose one of our strongest shields against tyranny.
In an era where true courage in reporting feels rare, her brave stand reminds us that honest journalism still has the power to light up the dark, giving a voice to the voiceless and inspiring future generations to speak truth without fear.

This is a photo of Osama Bin Laden visiting Sweden with his extended family in the 1970s.
His whole 10th century Islam bearded cave dweller shit was literally LARP.
He was raised in a modern, wealthy, cosmopolitan family, his grievance was that he didn’t get to rule the world.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The photo does not show Osama bin Laden, who was not present on the 1971 bin Laden family trip to Sweden according to his brothers and biographer Steve Coll.

Xi Jinping flew to the BRICS summit expecting a coronation. He left within 24 hours looking like the biggest loser in the room.
China wanted BRICS to become Xi’s anti-American coalition: reject the dollar, embrace RMB settlement, and announce that the “Eastern era” had arrived.
Instead, India refused to play along. Modi publicly distanced BRICS from any anti-Western agenda. Indian officials denied supporting a common BRICS currency. The summit declaration emphasized diversified critical-mineral supply chains-a thinly veiled warning against China weaponizing rare earths.
Then came the optics. Xi’s translator was filmed as he was being blocked from following Xi onto the red carpet. Modi interrupted proceedings to ask whether everything was “OK,” directing global attention toward Xi’s physical condition. Xi then skipped the official dinner and rushed home, while Modi and Putin held a warm 45-minute meeting and dominated the cameras.
Xi imagined himself standing at the center of a new world order. Instead, he discovered that even among BRICS members, they only want Chinese trade, not Chinese leadership.
India will buy Russian oil, trade in multiple currencies, cooperate with America, investigate Xiaomi, ban TikTok, impose tariffs on Chinese products, and confront China at the border. That is strategic autonomy the rest of the world could learn from.
The summit exposed the central weakness of Xi Jinping’s foreign policy: he can pressure smaller countries, but he cannot command major powers.
He arrived expecting to lead the rebellion against America. He left early after discovering the rebellion was against him.

The city of Mecca is completely safe, and the city of Medina is completely safe...
We don't consider these two cities to be Saudi cities; these are holy Islamic cities; these are cities belonging to all Muslims.
If the Saudi enemy thinks that hiding behind the lie that Yemen is bombing Mecca will stop us, they are mistaken. ...
Our missiles will strike every Saudi oil facility and every Saudi military camp. Our missiles will reach everywhere except Mecca and Medina. We will bombard Saudi Arabia until it stops its aggression against Yemen and lifts its blockade on Yemen.

The film has not been released in Israel. The authors did not try to seek redress for the crimes they accuse the IDF of in any Israeli court. They are pandering to international Anti-Zionism, which loves only one thing more than a critical Israeli and that's a dead one.

Sadly, Iran is forcing Saudi into the arms of Israel. This proves that UAE and Iran have made a pact to destroy saudi which they deem as symbol of islam despite mbs being retarded. UAE wants a de-islamised islam so it can rule over tribal arabia and iran wants islam abolishment and return to worship persian kings. Israel thinks Iran and UAE are technologically retarded and will always be its slaves and it can use them to destroy islam then dump them.
Iran is a zionist country. Bigger than Turkey. If Iran was not zionist it would have called for the establishment of a collective Islamic Caliphate Market. Instead, Iran used the war to cement its ties to zionism, re-dollarise, and choke Mecca.

This sounds fake as hell. Feels more like a black campaign to discredit the Houthis, who haven't actually attacked either holy site.
Probably a false flag, attacking your own territory to pin the blame on your enemy.
