TREES OF HOPE - NOW LIVE ACROSS HULL
20+ Trees of Hope created by a wide range of participants, aiming to spread some light in these dark days. What's more, for every tree created, a tree will be planted!
For a full list of Trees & locations, see osiioc.wordpress.com/trees-o…
You've still got another week to go and see our Trees of Hope, including these very clever 'fence trees' made by our youngest participants at Little Owls Day Nursery, based @Dove_House.
The full list of Trees and locations can be found here osiioc.wordpress.com/trees-o…
Another Tree of Hope displaying doves made out of milk bottles, this time down @newlandallot.

It was a lovely morning to pop down to @newlandallot & have a look around the Down to Earth - Hull site. Big thanks to Karen Wood for showing me around - such a lovely, tranquil space! And of course I also took a couple of snaps of their @osiioc Tree of Hope while I was at it :)
The Clowes Church Ladies Group got permission from the @coopuk on Greenwood Avenue (Hull) to decorate their Tree of Hope in the car park. Here it is in all its rainbow-covered glory 🌈

This colourful rainbow-themed Tree of Hope was created by @wearenewington and really brightens up the area. Do go and have a look if you find yourself down that neck of the woods!

The 14th Hull (St John's Newland) Brownies decorated a Tree of Hope in the grounds of St John's church on Clough Road. We think their lovely decorations are a great way of reusing old CDs!

This wonderful Tree of Hope can be found @GillshillPS - we especially love their message of hope (see 4th photo - with ALT text).
For a full list of Trees and locations, see osiioc.wordpress.com/trees-o…
ALT Text which reads: Hope brings us joy from new people. No matter what you're going through, you're never alone. Hope brings us fate and wondering what path our life chooses for us. Let's not focus on the past and hope for a good future. For now, let's celebrate together to start a new community and just world. There is always hope.
A trail of hope to spread some light in these dark days is now live across Hull. Can you help us spread the word @MelAndStuff_ @JEBooksHull @hulltourguide @PoetDeanwilson6?

The photos don't really do it justice - do go and have a gander when the weather's a bit better!
This lovely Tree of Hope can be found outside Our Lady of Lourdes and St Peter Chanel on Cottingham Road. It was decorated by the St Augustine's Brownies, who made their doves from milk bottles.
