When one door closes, God opens a bigger window. 💙🐦 Words cannot express how incredibly proud we are of Kailynne Keister! Today, we celebrate her verbal commitment to continue her academic and athletic career playing softball at Creighton University! 🥎 This journey hasn’t been a straight line. When the NCAA’s new 5-for-5 eligibility rule caused unexpected roster shakeups and an untimely decommitment, it would have been easy to get discouraged. Instead of hanging her head, Kailynne put her head down, trusted God's timing, and went straight back to work. Kailynne handled "Chapter 2" with nothing but poise, Relentless work ethic, and quiet confidence. Entering the recruiting process a second time proved what we’ve known all along...she has the heart, character, and mental toughness of a champion. That resilience led her right where she was meant to be all along: Omaha, Nebraska! She bet on herself, trusted the process, and landed the perfect fit with the Blue Jays. Omaha is getting a special player and an even better person!💙 Huge thank you to Coach Wood, Coach G, and Coach Cylie for believing in Kailynne and giving her this incredible opportunity. The best is yet to come! Roll Jays! 🔵⚪ @BluejaySoftball #CreightonSoftball #RollJays #BlueJays #LLGPremier #UncommittedToCommitted #D1Softball #FastpitchSoftball
