People pay to watch the players play the game. Nobody is wearing an refs jersey to the stadium but the refs. In fact, fans would rather watch honest dudes be unfiltered when speaking about the officiating then watch a ref take over a game. Respect to Fred.

"Ben Taylor was f*cking terrible tonight..." Yeah Fred definitely did go off. Full quote 👇

Please give me JJ or Richard Jefferson. Doc Rivers is terrible.

ESPN broadcast referring to fans' opinions when making money matters most. Trash that ESPN NBA broadcast think there's a culture of load management.
74
Doc Rivers and ESPN talking about science is trash. Remember Joel Embiid Doc? He couldn't play 10 playoff games. Was that load management or was he injured? What science are you relying on? Stop your foolishness.

Lacasse and Leon are a dynamic duo on the right side. If they play like that for 90 minutes combined and Lawrence plays like she did in the final 60 minutes, the Aussie's will be in trouble. Lots to do, but the ladies can still win the group.

Fleming was a real difference maker. Our most skilled player. Quinn and Schmidt helped us dominate the midfield in the 2nd half.
55
Sinclair was excellent in the second half as a target and distributor, did have chances to put the game away, but played take 45 strong minutes and helped lead the squad to victory.
57
Not convincing, but 3 points is 3 points. Not impressed with the reactionary coaching of Canada, I hope everyone is prepared for Australia and are on their front foot instead of looking like they're in a nightmare and then letting the nightmare happen.

Ball don't lie. In soccer like in hoops

Replying to @vivekmjacob
@vivekmjacob I was asking for Sinclair to start on the bench, I got what I wished for. Let's see if Canada plays like I think they can. Any predictions?

If Marta came off the bench for Brazil at 37, then Sinclair should come off the bench for Canada at 40.

The terms “world class,” environmentally friendly” and “green” should not be used to describe Ottawa in anyway until it gets it LRT fixed. What good is building and expanding something that constantly breaks down. Sigh. ottawa.ctvnews.ca/status-quo…

If there was ever a time I wanted people to retweet something - A vaccine specialist, Dr. Paul Offit, spells out how RFK Jr. played a role in discouraging vaccination rates in a small population. A measles outbreak followed which resulted in 83 deaths mostly of young children.

Is the Bulls of 93/94 without MJ a good comparison to this current Raptors starting group? Pippen. Pascal. Kukco. Scottie BJ Gary Longley. Jak Horace. OG

I enjoy listening to @raptorsrepublic #rapcast. Really quality stuff with Tre and Samson. But when you put @C2_Cooper on the Rap Cast, this is elite and mandatory listening. open.spotify.com/episode/7Fx…

97% of nickel 89% of copper 79% of lithium 68% of cobalt in the U.S. is located within 35 miles of Native reservations. Just as we bore the brunt of fossil fuels, we will pay deadly costs for the “green revolution”. Economies of extraction & overconsumption are killing us all.

There were uncontrollable sobs in my chest as I stood at Peez’uh near Pee-hee-mm-huh (Thacker Pass) where it’s being dug up for North America’s largest lithium mine. Indigenous Peoples whose ancestral territories this is that I interviewed, do not want their lands sacrificed to meet the world’s need for the “green” transition. The pain here is deep. Paiute-Shoshone were massacred here and their ancestors I spoke with told me some of them ran up this hill to try to escape. @ricochet_en @indiginews @therealnews
