Divergences are one of those things I think every trader should learn to recognize. (bookmark to save)
When price makes new highs/lows but momentum doesn't confirm the move, I start paying attention. It can be an early clue that a trend is running out of steam or getting ready to continue. The key is understanding the difference between regular & hidden divergences.
Keep in mind, divergence isn't a buy/sell signal on its own. I still want price action and structure to confirm what I'm seeing.

MY EXACT PROCESS BEHIND $100K MONTHS
Steal this. Do those BEFORE tomorrow.
Most spend their time searching for the next stock that’s going to explode.
I do the opposite.
I start with the BIG picture and work my way down.
FIRST: FIND WHERE MONEY IS FLOWING.
I compare sector ETFs like $SMH $DRAM $IGV $ARKF $GRID $NLR $ARKX.
I’m not looking for what’s down the most.
I’m looking for what’s holding up the BEST.
Which sectors are outperforming $SPY and $QQQ?
Which are holding their daily and weekly 8/21 EMAs?
Which are breaking out while the rest of the market struggles?
SECOND: FIND THE STOCKS LEADING THE MOVE.
Once I identify strength and weakness, I dig into the individual names.
Memory: $MU $SNDK
Semiconductors: $NVDA $SMCI
THIRD: WAIT FOR PRICE TO COME TO ME.
I mark the major breakout levels.
Wait for the break and retest.
Look for confirmation.
And most importantly, know exactly where I’m WRONG before entering.
No setup? No trade.
I don’t need to predict the next 10 stocks that will double.
I need to identify where the strongest money is flowing or exiting and execute when the opportunity presents itself.
All I need is one solid trade a week.

I have been saying this too. The number of politicians who are fully leveraged to the market means we will not see a multi year pullback until we run out of the ability to take on more debt. I estimate that won’t be until we get to 6-8x GDP.
And at some point we will just have a @jam_croissant debt jubilee where the fed just forgives the US government of all the debt it holds. It will suck for a year or less (inflation spike). And every other country will do the same thing 5 minutes after.
Wouldn’t be surprised if @POTUS wants to take credit for getting rid of all of our debt before he leaves office to be honest.

A question we get a lot: how do you stop revenge trading after a loss?
Make the decision before the loss. You won't make a good one right after it.
A hard limit on the day works better than willpower. Two losers and you're done, no exceptions. It has to be boring and absolute, because in the moment, breaking it will feel completely reasonable.
What's your limit for the day?

this paper is f*cking insane
it basically explains why most traders are not trading edge
they are trading noise with a story attached to it
the framework is brutal:
decompose the move
remove market + factor exposure
study the residual
treat every pattern like a suspect
stress the tails
kill anything that fails out-of-sample
the scary part is how convincing fake skill can look
a high Sharpe can come from randomness
a smooth PnL can hide tail risk
and 30 stocks can still be one correlated bet
the line that matters most:
a weak trader asks how good the result looks
a strong quant asks how hard it is to break
real quant research is not about finding more signals
it is about building a rejection machine strong enough to stop fake alpha from touching capital

Something I had to learn the hard way this year:
Stop overlooking the little things.
I let the small tasks get the best of me and eventually, I paid the price.
We all want bigger things.
More money.
More success.
More discipline.
Better trading.
A better life.
But how you handle the small things says a lot about how you’ll handle the big ones.
Can you make your bed every morning?
Can you pick up your clothes after you change?
Can you keep the dishes out of the sink?
Can you clean the table after you eat?
Can you take the garbage out before it’s overflowing?
None of these things are difficult.
But doing them every single day builds something far more important:
CONSISTENCY.
And consistency carries over into everything.
You want to make more money?
You want to become a better trader?
You want to become a better version of yourself?
Start with the simple things.
Because if you can’t stay disciplined when the task is small, don’t expect discipline to magically appear when the stakes are big.
Win the small battles every day. The bigger wins will follow.
Happy Sunday. 🤝

1. $MRVL: Custom AI chips and optical interconnects for hyperscalers. Every new cluster needs both.
2. $NOW: AI agents running inside enterprise workflows. Software is where the buildout gets monetized.
3. $INTC: America's domestic foundry bet. If advanced chipmaking moves onshore, Intel benefits most.
4. $SPCX: Starlink plus ambitions for compute in orbit. AI infrastructure could go beyond Earth.
5. $VRT: Every AI data center needs power and liquid cooling. Vertiv sells both.
6. $MU: HBM memory is sold out. No memory, no AI chips.

Right now $DRAM contracts for Dec 2027 $100 calls are $7.50 only. When $SPY sells off some more you can get this contract under $5 even.
It's the Roundhill Memory ETF, $DRAM is the first pure-play memory chip fund. Launched April 2026.
Top 4 holdings (~75% of the fund):
$MU
$SNDK
$SKHY
SAMSUNG
That's it. The 4 companies that make almost all the world's high-bandwidth memory.
Why memory?
Every AI chip is useless without memory next to it. $NVDA GPUs need HBM stacked right on the package, and only these three can make it at scale. More GPUs = more memory, every single time.
Memory used to be a boom-bust commodity. Now it's the bottleneck of the entire AI buildout. Supply is sold out into 2027. Pricing power has flipped to the producers.
I think this cycle has a lot longer to run. $MU at $2000 sounds crazy today, same way $NVDA at $4T sounded crazy in 2023. And if the big three keep printing, $DRAM at $100+ is a matter of when, not if.
You don't need to pick which memory stock wins. $DRAM owns all of it.
For most normal people, buying $DRAM shares is the simplest way to get into the AI trade without betting on one name.
The Dec 2027 $100 calls are the higher-risk, higher-reward version. Can go to zero. Size accordingly.
Not financial advice. Just the biggest opportunity of our lifetime.

Every millionaire trader needs one thing: TRUE belief in themselves.
But belief isn't something you're born with. I had to earn mine.
I worked harder than I thought I could. I practiced until patterns were burned into memory. I prepared before every session. I cut my mistakes down one by one. I sold at my targets instead of hoping for more. I protected my capital like it was the last money I'd ever see.
None of it happened fast. Because that's how it works:
Preparation builds confidence.
Confidence builds belief.
And belief is the only edge that never stops working.
Do the work. The belief will come.
