[Changelog: v0.5.10] The Open Book multisig will be performing a program update by Monday, 12/19 UTC 12:00. The significant changes are: - 99.9% of fees are paid out to makers & GUIs - 2 fee tiers: STABLE (1bps) & BASE (4bps) - no more fee discounts for SRM & MSRM holders

1/ After days of live testing, we’re happy to share that @openbookdex, the community fork of @ProjectSerum is working terrific and has been officially integrated into Jupiter 📖 Liquidity from OpenBook will soon be included in Jupiter SDK/API for all integrators to leverage.
